  1. Hey are you still on the GMR regimen?? You really inspired me to try it out. Let me know!

    1. Yes! I have tried BOTH and disliked BOTH veryyyy much!! They both made me break out horribly. I have used BP for years and feel the same as you...it cleared me up but I do not feel like my skin is healthy so 9 days ago I started a new regimen and I absolutely love it. It involves NO acne products and I thought I would breakout like crazy because I felt like my skin had to have acne products but I am finding out that is not true. I discovered the GMR (Goat's Milk Regimen) regimen here on acne.org
    2. I would definitely recommend goat's milk soap! I am using the brand Canus but I know that Zum makes it also. It is the best thing I have done for my face so far! I was using cetaphil before the goat's milk and I liked it but I like this so much better and my face is clearing up very nicely!
    3. Hey JunkyAK How are you like the goat's milk regimen?? I just started it on Friday and I am loving it...SO FAR! You have been on it a little longer so I wanted to see what you think so I know what I am getting myself into! It does look like the goat's milk craze ended so I am wondering WHY.. hopefully it's not because it didn't work!! Let's keep eachother updated!! I am using the canus soap and cerave lotion with a couple of drops of jojoba! Let me know!
    4. Hello, I just started a new regimen on Friday and I LOVE IT so far!! It is so inexpensive and effective...I would have never thought it was possible because the regimen contains no acne fighting ingredients! and I have the type of skin that breaks out often with cysts, whiteheads, blackheads...anything and everything. I found the regimen on here while searching and it is known on here as the GMR regimen. It is goat's milk soap (brand: canus or zum) and a moisturizer. THAT'S IT!! How great is tha
    5. Your face is looking realllly good!!! I would seriously consider trying coconut oil for the dryness!! I LOVE THAT STUFF! Just put a good amount on at night, since it doesn't matter and nobody will see you...you will definitely see a big difference in the morning. and then in the morning I put just enough for it to be like a moisturizer and then my makeup on top!!
    6. COCONUT OIL!! Try it! It is the best...I absolutely love it! I have been using it for 9 days so far and my skin is SO soft and the marks are getting much better and fading. Make sure it is virgin coconut oil, cold pressed. And it smells SO good. At night I just wash my face, then i put BP on and wait a few minutes and then put coconut oil on. Sometimes after i wash I use apple cider vinegar as like a toner and then BP and then coconut oil. Let me know if you have any questions!
    7. Hey! Can you post some pics so we can see how it is looking?? also have you ever thought about using coconut oil?? I have heard soooo many wonderful things about it. I am actually going to get some tonight. That might really help your face since you have already tried jojoba oil many times and it is not helping.
    8. Lately, at night, I have been washing my face with alpha hydrox foaming face wash and then I use a lot of bp (like one finger full) and then a little bit later i put on some aha gel 10%. Then in the morning i use the face wash again, aha gel, wait for it to dry and then i use the olay regenerist deep hydrating lotion. My skin has been looking great, the marks are fading (from the aha, i think) and it has not been dry at all. Maybe you could try that? Are you using Dan's AHA? Last time I us

    11. I just took a look at your log and your face looks so great from when you first started! You haven't updated in a while and I was just curious to see how it was going? Thanks for posting and for encouraging others!
    12. Tarabear, Glad to hear things are going well!!! As for the flakes...i would cut down to BP once a day at night. I did that about 2 weeks ago and my face has been looking great. No dryness for me at all! I am still doing the Olay regimen and it is wonderful. I don't remember the last time I was this clear. My hyperpigmentation spots are even fading. If I were you, I would just use the BP all over your face at night and then spot treat with BP in the morning with just the spots that have active ac
    13. Zhalvajegirl...thanks for posting this! I went and bought the stuff 2 nights ago and I LOVE IT!! I already see a difference...it is amazing. I have also told other people about it!! Thanks again Is it still working for you? Can you update with more pics?
    14. Your face looks great in the pics! I do not see any active acne at the moment is that right?? It is a little red, is that why you are using the jojoba oil or is it for dryness? Well let me just tell you a little bit about my face. I had been using proactive since June 6th and just got off of it. Before that I had used proactive a couple of times but never stayed with it for too long because I never felt like it really cleared me up. So on June 6th I decided I was going to give it at least 8 we
