okay well theres 2 kinds of aloe vera.. the kind you buy for a sunburn, and then pure aloe vera, you want the pure aloe vera. you should put a thin layer all over your face and GLOB it on the active zits you want to get rid of. have you tried or read anything about vitamins? i can give you some info if you need help.. i've had acne similar to yours and it's really helped.

hmmm.. it dosn't look that bad. first of all have you tried taking any vitamins? i'm doing the whole b5 thing right now, it works but it's a big shenanigan always taking pills and stuff but i would really reccomend just you try taking some basic vitamins that are good for you, i found when i was healthy and gave my body what it wanted my skin was happy and responded more to whatever treatment i was doing. anyyywaayyss, i would also really reccomend aloe vera gel, it works similar to benzyl perox

Smoking weed cause acne or make acne worse?
thebongcat77 replied to DanielleS's topic in General acne discussion
i would also like to know this... i smoke alot of weed, but never really see any noticable effects. i could smoke an ounce and not notice a difference in my skin but if i go out and drink hard liquor my face is definately angry at me the next day. but maybe smoking weed is contributing to bad skin through time/in the long run? i dont know.. -
I've heard many people have experienced an initial outbreak when first starting the B5 (i'm almost on my third week). How long should i expect this to last/what was your experience? Thanks guys!

Quick Question.~Aloe vera
thebongcat77 replied to Laxer04's topic in Over-the-counter acne medications and products
flipping looooooooooovvveee aloe vera it's like acne crack man. it's amazing. i wouldnt mix it with bp, i completely ditched the bp for aloe vera. the plant IS messy and is hard use for spot treatment so i reccomend going to a health store and buying a bottle of pure gel (it's like 99% pure aloe vera or something). put a thin layer all over your face like a cream and then seriously LATHER the stuff on your bad spots, you will feel the burning sensation similar to what you get from bp if not more -
What kind of shampoo do you use?
thebongcat77 replied to darkdivine's topic in Over-the-counter acne medications and products
Burts Bees Grapefruit and Sugar Beet shampoo & conditioner... it's obviously a little pricey but the stuff soaks right into your hair, smells great, natural, and your hair never feels greasy and no dripping. My hair is pretty crazy too and i thought that i needed intense moisturizing to control it but this stuff actually worked really well! -
I've been reading a bit about all these diet shenanigans...I'm just not sure it's right for me. I know that i eat healthy, I love fruits and veggies so it's mostly what i eat during the day, lots of whole grains, lots of water, I live on a farm so i dont eat any gross mass produced meat or eggs from the grocery store...i think bottom line i'll just go totally insane if i have to give up the food i like to eat lol. Is there really any food that has bee proven to cause flare ups? I've been to see
