  1. I just started using this today and came online to ask if anyone else had. What were your results after months? At what point in your regimen did you apply it? I did it before BP, and it feels more tingly than usual. Anyone else use this? What were your results over time and when do you apply? Thanks. Well I'll answer my own question in case anyone is actually reading this. I've been using the Clinique Even Better serum once or twice a day since Sep 22, and it has improved my skin to

  3. Those that have had good results have reported it improves body acne as well. I'm not sure about long-term effects, but I think it would be worth checking with your doctor as the liver may need to be watched over time. They can advise you about duration as well. I've been using a No Flush variety for about two weeks and have seen little if any results (also about six weeks into Dan's regimen, so its hard to know for sure). I'm switching to the regular Niacin ASAP!
  4. I'm definitely pulling for you! And I'm on the same track, only when I've fallen off the wagon so far its just one nail at a time (my pinky bit the dusk today). And I've found my #1 trigger, so I just try to resist that urge. We ALL stumble a few times but each time you pick yourself up, you'll do better and last longer. Keep it up!!
  5. I know what you mean. I don't do the BP in the morning (still wash and moisturize), because it messes up my mineral makeup. But immediately after work, I rush home to wash it off, use SA astringent to make sure its all gone, then moisturizer and BP. At night, cleanse, moisturize and BP. So I too need it three times a day and had to adjust the regimen to my life. Try a few things, applying the basic principles to your specific needs, and you'll find what works for you. Also note the BP w
  6. I've only been on the regimen for one month, but I'm following Dan's suggestion to use a thin layer of the AHA+ as a nightly moisturizer about 15-20 minutes after the BP. The BP alone leaves my skin feeling a bit rough, and the AHA does a nice sort of exfoliation effect but without the irritation. My skin is pink and tight in the morning, but SMOOTH and soft and the redness goes away after cleansing.
  7. I wonder if any of you have tried Olay's anti-aging anti-blemish moisturizer, one of their Total Effects line. I've never seen it in any store, so I buy it on drugstore.com for $18. The active ingredient is 1.5% salicylic acid and I LOVE it for moisturizing and softening my oily skin without the greasy feeling we oilies often feel with topicals. I've never seen anyone on these boards talk about it, but I highly recommend to anyone looking to try a new moisturizer. It was the only thing that
  8. First I want to say thank you for this site and this thread! Its nice to know there are others out there like us. I too have a skin/nail picking/biting issues, and recently discovered something that helps my acne and nails at the same time. It took me 30 years to figure out that coffee causes cystic acne for me, and when I recently quit coffee, I suddenly noticed a great secondary benefit--I felt the need to worry my nails and cuticles less! I had no idea the caffeine was causing these nervo
  9. Actually, the great deal of the custom kits is still in there. When you buy any 12 (or more) full size items, they automatically give you a 45% discount, so 12 foundations would be 79.20, or 12 eyeshadows for 39.60, etc. I got a mix of 12 items from all categories and it came out to $51, so there you go, that "wierd discount" is an awesome discount!
