  5. Hello, I started accutane in early November with very high hopes that it would clear my mild acne. However, since I started taking it, my acne has only been worse and I am starting to lose hope after about 16 weeks now. I have been taking Roche brand and alternating days taking 40mg on odd days and 80mg in even days for my while course.   6. Hey everyone, I'm new, but I've been following the forums for a while. I've tried a few methods of getting rid of my acne in addition to the antibiotics and cream I'm using. These include water and no diary and all that fun stuff But all the while I've been trying these things, I've had a problem with picking and popping whiteheads.
