  1. WHEN YOU GET THIS GO TO MY PAGE AND READ THE NEWEST TOPIC POSTING!

    1. I'm likewise debating about making a derm appointment...I'm so sick of messing around with my acne. I want it gone once and for all, and not have to worry about it. Let the derm worry about it LOL
    2. You know, when I look at the pictures on that site, it gives me the same "drooool" effect as staring at a picture of colorful cupcakes, candies and other sweets. I noticed that those pictures did the SAME thing to me! It's not all that horribly expensive if you keep it pretty simple... but eventually you would get bored most likely... my parents are letting me make a $100 order for some raw foods on Raw Food World. But I really suggest reading the book. You knew how my outlook was from
    3. P.S My bf is changing his major from Psychology to Teaching, lol. He wants to be a music teacher though.

    5. I'm actually trying to get a cheap used Breville Juicer... because I feel like a standard food processor and blender could handle what I wanted to do (soups/smoothies). Can the Vitamix juice though? I don't see how it could if I wanted to put apple chunks and regular carrots in there.
    6. Thanks for the tip, I saved her site! If you're looking for some more good recipes, an awesome blog is Pure2Raw. http://www.pure2raw.com/

    8. I'm starting my Raw Food Diet as soon as I can order my supplies and go to the grocery store for food. Read Natalia Rose's Raw Detox Diet book. I've been reading a lot of blogs of raw foodists and they all started with this book. It's their bible, basically. Or at least their foundation. I'm almost done, and obviously I loved it since I'm going to order a whole bunch of stuff suggested. If you want more basic information, check out In The Raw's blogs: 10 Good Reasons to Eat Raw Foods A Day I
    9. Funny, I'm reading this book right now: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5509311..._Meal_at_a_Time You may want to look into it. One of my favorite suggestions so far is to have a cravings chair (though this will only work at home not at parties haha). You sit in the chair and distract yourself with something- puzzle, drawing, reading, crocheting, whatever you can do with your hands, that you enjoy, or is constructive that really takes your mind off of it. Then you do that for at LEAST 15 min
    10. If you don't end up liking the 100% peanut butter, go for sunflower seed butter. It's thinner in consistency and a bit saltier, but amazing on toast and with apples. I get a kind from TJ's that only has sunflower seeds, salt, and evaporated cane juice in the ingredients. There's probably natural sugars in the rice since it's carbohydrate? ...I'm such an amateur with all of this, only guessing. I hear almond milk is better for you, though I'm allergic to nuts so I've never had it. Same goes wi
    11. I like Bob's Red Mill stuff. Gluten free mixes (my Mom's Gluten Free) are really good and their steel cut oats are good for breakfast
    12. Whenever I don't drink coffee, I get totally constipated. It makes me go within a half hour of drinking it, the good kind not the bad kind lol Either that or you need to increase your water intake to make up for the lost drinks? I read somewhere that not enough water can cause constipation?
    13. I like Yoga Today on YouTube if you haven't been on their channel yet.
    14. I have the goals of eating better, drinking more water, taking all my supplements... exercising daily and changing my bedding weekly is added to my list. Thanks.
