  1. That's ridiculous. My derm will charge $15 if you miss an appointment, but they still call me a few days ahead to remind me that I have an upcoming appointment. I think that's appalling that your derm would do that. Your on a hard core drug and you need to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Can you call to speak to the derm directly. Good luck!
  2. Maybe it is just a coincidence, but I've been on Tane since early October. I just found it to be really odd that I haven't been sick at all.
  3. Maybe this is just a freaky coincidence, but this has been the first winter EVER where I haven't gotten a cold/flu/fever, etc. I'm very much enjoying being cold free, since I can imagine that being on Accutane while being sick would really suck. However, I was under the impression that the Accutane would lower the immune system, but I'm finding it the opposite. Has anyone else experienced this?
  4. Dr. Wyse at Sunnybrook hospital. He's awesome. I haven't been to him in 5 years, but I went to him the ages of 13-20. He'll actually sit down and talk to you for as long as you need and doesn't rush you out of the office. He's not only a derm but he has a separate office where he does surgical and laser proceedures. I don't know the number but look up Sunnybrook Dermatology.
  5. I've had 2 relapses, I was on 40 mg for 4 months the first time and 40 mg for 5 months the second time. This time I am taking a total of 40mg for 6 months. Hopefully the third time's the charm.
