  5. It doesnt sound natural for me, when eating foods just think did they eat this 400 years ago and is it natural?? I presume its just rice with vegetable oil
  6. Yeah Eddie i get a good amount of protein from sources such as; some meat, pumpkin seeds, almonds, almond butter, wholegrain basmati rice, chickpeas, apples, organice natural goats yogurtand loads of different types of wholegrains. I think its best to avoid stuff like weight gainers, because its not natural you know igf you want muscle eat loads and get good prper sources of protein when working out. Chickpeas are nearly a perfect protein and when combined with brown rice it is an amazing sourc
  7. Ok how about you use a recipe of white spelt flour, its not great but better, with yeast warm water and salt, no sugar I dont even know where you got that. and get raw goats cheese from a proper cheesemonger and thats fine i suppose
  8. Yeah I was looking at that it looks good!! Tell me your results Also what kind of carbs are you buying because stuff like oats, rolled or steel cut are exactly the same but steel cut or more expensive so buy rolled. sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice and 100% wholewheat sprouted pasta are all fairly cheap.
  9. I want to see you in the nutrition and holistic health forums.
  10. Eddie, If your worried about saving money buy good cheap sources of protein like chicken fish and meat, not too expensive, cut out protein powders dude no need for them but if you want try get a brocolli or pea one which is much cheaper, healthier and has the same protein which is a higher qaulity protein.
  11. Sugar fre gum is sweetend with Xylitol which tastes exactly like sugar but is fantastic for your teeth and blood sugar, also chewing gum dislodges particles which may cause plaque. In terms of acne its not natural so I wouldnt eat it
  12. One serving is 1 tablespoon (15 ml) mix it with a glass of water. Its not bad if you mix it with a big glass of water so you can barely taste it you know. Also jay I tried a shot and I nearly got sick it burns your throat. The brand I use is braggs organic, raw, unfiltered and with the mother. But i also used a normal brand called aspyll which worked too so its all good.
  13. For a much healthier tea with a much better taste drink rooibos. Look it up its amazing
  14. Its law that if your an Irish farmer your livestock has to be free range and grass fed. So we have been eating loads of beef, lamb and venison. Apart from being far more healthy it is more anti inflammatory and has more omega 3s. To the guy asking about why avoid liquids its because the liquids inhibit the digestion process so you should drink at least an hour after any meal. But as gMarias said its not cheap so buy cheaper cuts
  15. There is a couple of factors in which milk can cause acne. 1. The Iodine you mentioned. 2. The rgbH hormones added to cows to make them grow quicker and stronger. (Regulatory Growth Bovine Hormones) 3. Cows milk is only meant for CALFS. 4. Cows milk is very hard to digest. 5. Its heavily heat treated and processed. Pasteurized and Homogenized. And yes Dairy, apart from organic natural full fat yoghurt and grass fed butter, cause quite bad acne around the chin and mouth mostly .
  16. Oh definitely it could be a factor everything which you have stated above is correct. Also soy milk is heavily processed and not that good for you in that sense
