  1. He's such a pretty boy.

I just don't see that first picture as being him. Yes, he wears a similar hat and sunglasses and sometimes has that stubbly look, but not that rough visage/complexion as in the first picture of the OP.

If you notice in the picture greentiger posted both pictures, mine and his are taken on the same day, he is wearing the same clothes and if you look in mine you can just make out the side swept hairstyle he is sporting.

I think he is just making a face that makes it go wrinkly and rough, I was just focusing on the spots and greentiger found a better pic :) thank you, point is proven he has spots he is considered one of the hottest guys on the planet by many girls and some guys, hey I dont judge :)

  2. Seriously guys that is him!!

If you look you can see he has the same mouth, nose and he has worn that hat many times when I seen pictures.

I can show another picture of a younger him where he has a few spots but nothing big.

He has even spoke about acne and his spots, thats why he wears foundation.

Yeah 17 again was good I too despise those cheesey films but Zac was so good in it.

He was brilliant in Me and Orsen Wells aswell, great actor.

Ive never seen high school musical tho.

Confidence is everything when it comes to either being good with the opposite sex or feeling comfortable in social situations. Acne is temporary part of life and I kno, believe me, that it seems like the end of the world, but everything does when your young and I bet there will be many things later on that will worry us more. Goot fight it, dont let it win :)

    That is definitely him!!!

  3. post-106168-1280216432_thumb.jpg

This is my favourite actor and my role model :)

I always look up to him and the way he lives his life. He has a gorgeous girlfriend and my last girlfriend said he is the sexiest guy on the planet, same with all my friends who are girls.

He hasnt let acne stop him from getting an incredibly hot girlfriend and having a very succesful acting career thus far.

Now I know most of you are going to say, Oh but he is famous and rich of course everyone is going to want him ", WRONG! He gets what he wants because he has confidence and a great personality, he is so humble and he gives back. All you need guys is confidence.

I just wanted to share this because you see all these celebrities with flawless skin and it really is all make up and photoshop. I used to wonder why zac wore make up and didnt really understand it but know I do.

This doesnt affect how much I look up to him. He is still my favourite actor :)

  4. Thats a big respunding yes!

Quinoa is the ancient Inca word for "mother grain". This grain has been eaten for over a thousand years by the ancient Incans if it is good enough for them its good enough for me :)

It is high in very high quality protein and has a good amount of carbs.

    It is Low GI.

    Easier didested than most grains.

    Very high in Calcium.

I would definitely add this to your diet.

Btw why have you cut out ALL carbs, you know protein that you should at least get a medium amount for the day to keep you going just make sure all your carb sources are all natural, low gi and prefeerably organic :)

  5. Woah guys he was only saying how beans are a great food to eat and I agree they are nutritious, filling and natural, they contain no gluten so a good source of carbs as well as excellent protein, he wasnt talking about eating them raw or saying only eat them and nothing else, but we should add them to our diet because most humans dont eat enough healthy foods like this. Everyone should eat natural foods and replace processed foods so this is a good addition, not to mention the zinc content in most beans which is excellent in fighting acne :)

  6. I think your skin is nice and don't worry about your skin flushing itself to get rid of toxins and impurities.

See you have spots but they are not inflamed and i bet they heal within a week.

It shows your on the right track, can we have an overview of your diet just to make sure your not eating anything that MIGHT break you out.

  7. Dotty, you should of quit while you were ahead (referring to your long post about the inhumane treatment of animals). You're really starting to infuriate me with your non-sensical ramblings like the stuff I quoted above. Are you really going to compare the act of murder, rape, and violence, to the act of eating meat? I mean REALLY? And then throwing in a little Ted Bundy for good measure?

All of this did NOTHING to establish your stance on the matter. Posts like that only serve to 'dumb down' the healthy debate that normally occurs on these boards.

For many, meat-eating is comparable to murder, rape and violence.

This view was held by Ben Franklin, Albert Schweitzer, Ghandi, Einstein, Martin Luther, Charles Darwin, George Bernard Shaw, Milton, H.G. Wells, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Thoreau, Leonardo Da Vinci, Tolstoy, Voltaire, Sir Isaac Newton, Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla, Ovid, Plato, Socrates, Diogenes, Milton, Plutarch, Pythagorus, Seneca and Zoroaster.

These figures were not only prolific inventors, philosophers and writers of their day, but their works laid the foundation for much of the social philosophy and social justice used in universities today.

They frequently compared meat-eating to murder and violence.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

"Flesh eating is unprovoked murder." ~Benjamin Franklin

'"Thou shalt not kill" does not apply to murder of one's own kind only, but to all living beings." ~Leo Tolstoy

"I have no doubt that it is a part of the destiny of the human race, in its gradual improvement, to leave off eating animals, as surely as the savage tribes have left off eating each other." ~Henry David Thoreau, Walden, 1854

"For as long as men massacre animals, they will kill each other. Indeed, he who sows the seed of murder and pain cannot reap joy and love." ~Pythagoras

"Truely man is the king of beasts, for his brutality exceeds theirs. The time will come when men such as I will look on the murder of animals as they now look on the murder of men." ~Leonardo da Vinci

"If a man aspires towards a righteous life, his first act of abstinence is from injury to animals." ~Albert Einstein

"Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages." ~Thomas Edison

"A man can live and be healthy without killing animals for food; therefore, if he eats meat, he participates in taking animal life merely for the sake of his appetite. And to act so is immoral."

    —Leo Tolstoy

Im sorry dotty but im siding with cleric on this, not because i am a meat eater but because he is not backing up his argument by saying highly respected figures said so, he is basing his argument on facts and no reference to "leaders".

So what if these people said that meat isnt for people to eat??

Mankind has eaten meat for eons.

Im not saying that vegetarianism isnt healthy but there is certain vitamins and minerals that you cannot get ona vegan or vegetarian diet.

    Just sayin :D

  8. I found one and I don't know if I should try it.

    Crust

1 cup pitted dates – soaked for 20 min

    2 cups desiccated coconut

    Filling

    2-3 avocadoes

3 Tbsp of Agave syrup optional

    ½ cup of coconut butter

10 Tbsp of raw cacao powder

    2 cups dates (pitted)

Mix to tbs of raw cocoa powder with 5 tbs of virgin coconut oilin a bowl over boiling water then add a small amount of virgin coconut milk and refridgerate untill solid and you have raw chocolate

  9. Oh dude thats really rough, Im sorry.

I know that you have been eating healthy and everything so it is not fair.

From reading the post I can gather that your getting a bit much sleep and not outside enough, I know thats the hardest part but my life got so much better when I started going out, it doesnt have to be with people yet but like sunlight and fresh air will help heal.

I hope everything works out dude

  10. Eddie the question is do you want to go vegetarian honestly??

It is going to be difficult and there is nothing wrong with meat.

I can buy ten chicken breasts for ten euro and 2 salmon fillets for 5 euro

All of this meat is free range, wild, or grass fed.

Drop the whey and save a lot of money, you dont need it to build muscle.

Btw red meat isnt unhealthy at all, but most market meats are.

Try buy fillet steak or venison or lamb.

Rich in Zinc, B vitamins both fantastic for acne.

  11. Woah Jay there is so much she can do at this age, I too am 16 but have greatly reduced my acne, not by using really expensive products on my face but a number of other factors.

    First there is diet,

    Then sleep,

    Then stress,

Then Fresh air and light exposure,

    Then Cleanliness and no picking.

If you can follow all of these you should be clear in no time.

I can vouch for this and so can everyone on the holistic board.

I too was in the exact same position and what helped me was to actually go out, dont cry and stress, I know it is so difficult but it will greatly help. Believe me it is all in your head :)

  12. It depends how much coconut it contains. I've tried 25% and 90%. I love the thick stuff but it contains so much fat.

Yes but it is our answer to cream and yes it is fantastic for the skin, lauric acid is what's doing that
