  1. Twice a day was too irritating for me so I just do the regimen in the morning. Every other night I'll put on AHA after washing my face with the cleanser.
  2. I have been body building for a few months now and I've been using Whey protein 52g a scoop and my acne hasn't changed at all.
  3. I would agree. I've researched the subject heavily since breaking out 2 1/2 years ago, as well as tried several different remedies. Start with the natural remedies because if they work they will save you the loads of money you'll waste on store regimens. The best natural remedy I have found is fresh squeezed lemon juice. 7. Hey Jennybel, I wouldn't know for sure if the cherry flavor is going to cause a reaction on your skin, but if it were me I wouldn't use it. I'd try returning the product or just buying a completely new bottle of the Original.
  8. After reading nearly all the posts on here I decided to go ahead and try using MoM to help with greasiness on my nose and a bit on my forehead. It works very well. I have been using it for about a week now and so far there have been zero breakouts on those areas on my face. It controls the greasiness for a few hours before a little makes it to the surface, but even then it isn't as bad as it usually is. I'm cheap so I didn't get the Phillips brand Original Milk of Magnesia but instead got the ge
