  1. You're not going to fix your internal issues by just drinking something like carrot juice. Carrots are great, though. Include them in your diet to get enough Vitamin A.
  2. If you want to benefit your body by eating, then please look into food combining and how we digest foods to understand the best way to eat foods for optimal digestion. You need complete nutrition, but you need to feed your body properly. Many foods can not be digested properly when eaten together, especially for people with skin problems, as it is a sure sign that there is something wrong in the digestive tract.
  3. Irregular signs like insomnia are most likely just symptoms of the overall problem in your body, just like acne. I had very bad insomnia for years along with tons of other symptoms that I thought were normal, only to find out there is one big issue in the body, leading to many different smaller but significant issues. Do try your best to get a good night's sleep, but there IS something causing it, and you need to find out what it is.
