  1. So I have lots of sun spots, and a few acne scars on my face. I got my first B-lift peel 2 weeks ago, which was a 20%. I got minimal peeling but it made my entire face break out!! I just went in today for my second peel, im hoping to start seeing results. I got a 30% peel this time. Has anyone done the B-lift peel? if so how many peels did it take for desired results?? by the way, regarding the 2 pictures, the first one is 1 week after the first peel. and the second one is today after the seco

  3. Hi, I struggled with acne for years, and through medications it cleared about 1 year ago... unfortunately now I am left with these unsightly stretched out pores, they are so giant that they almost look like small wrinkles!!! What should I do???
  4. So, I have always had smile lines, but about a year ago, litterally almost over night, this thing started happening on the skin around my mouth, the skin around my smile lines appears to have little tiny bumps that when I smile ....they appear as little tiny wrinkles everywhere all around my smile liines. and actually on one side it looks like its just swollen so when I smile since the skin is swollen, it makes this wierd crease near my mouth like its swollen and theres no where for the skin to
  5. So I have been on spiro (aldactone) for almost a year now, its worked great for my acne.. however, about 3 weeks after I started the spiro treatment, I started getting what im assuming is a side effect of the spiro. litterally almost over night, this thing started happening on the skin around my mouth, the skin around my smile lines appears to have little tiny bumps that when I smile appear as little tiny wrinkles everywhere. and actually on one side it looks like its just swollen so when I smil
  6. When I first started taking aldactone my dermatologist swore it would only take 6-8 weeks to take effect. But to my dismay, it took 5 months to do ANYTHING.. however, after the 5 months my skin miraculously became clear in a matter of days.. i have been on aldactone for about 8 months now, and since month 5, I haven't had one break out.. amazing!!! So anyone in their first few months, stick with it! dont give up!! The only downside is that i have pretty much lost my sex drive completely, but a

  9. geeze, ya i know how u feel.. like 95% of my girlfriends have flawless skin without any makeup on... I have very flawed skin with tons of makeup on.. and WITHOUT makeup, well lets just say NO ONE sees me without makeup.. soo depressing

  11. I have struggled with acne for as long as i can remember.. the only over the counter thing that has ever worked for me (and trust me, ive tried EVERYTHING) is Kiehl's rare earth face mask, its for oily skin and trust me it will change your life. I do not work for Kiehl's or have any benefit from endorsing this product, trust me just try it i can almost guarentee u wont regret it. I used to have to wash off and re-aply my face makeup every 3 hrs cuz my face would get SOOO shiny.. now I go all day

  14. Hi everyone. Im 23 with persistant moderate acne. I was on minocycline for a year and it did nothin for my skin. I have now been on Spiro for 2 months and it also hasnt improved my skin or made it worse. Sometimes when i look at myself in the mirror i just start crying because I feel like theres no hope in making my acne better.. no matter what i do it just always stays the same... spiro seems to be my last hope and its not working yet. Has anyone else experienced it taking longer than 2 months
  15. Wow, reading your guy's posts gave me hope. I'm 23 and have persistant moderate acne. I have been on spiro for 2 months (after trying minocycline which didnt work at all) the spiro has done nothing for my skin yet.. but im keeping my fingers crossed. Sometimes I look in the mirror and cry cuz i feel like my acne will never go away, i guess i just have to keep trying though
