Pros:

- Mixing your own shade takes the guesswork out of shopping for the perfect shade online. The forum moderator JenW is spot on with recipe suggestions.
- Can be lightened or darkened as your skin changes with the seasons
- Feels silky smooth to the skin
- No adverse reactions with skin
- Good coverage
-Not cakey
- No "ghosting" in flash photography
- Gift with purchase for every $10+ order, and a free shadow of your choice with every $30 you spend
-Oil control
- Compa

Cons:

- A subtle, almost unearthly glow in some photographs
- Mixing jar hard to open, not great quality

This is definitely worth a try. Mixing your shade is easy. Depending on your recipe, one bag of pigment will last you through several bags of ivory refill, keeping the cost down. Best applied with a flat top brush.

Pros:

The powder goes on silky soft, and The silk powder in it help to calm and even help bring down redness and problem areas. I love that it has no harmful things like Talc or Bisthmus oxychloride. It is also cheaper than most MMU companies, and it is better quality in my opinion. You have to mix a white foundation with a pigment powder to get a precise match, but it's fun! and it makes it more versatile. The blush, lipglosses, and mascara are also excellent.

Cons:

None whatsoever other than the fact that you have to pay shipping

Highly recommended. Helped me get clear and never aggravates my skin.
