15 g is probably too much because I don't think any of the food you buy everyday has 15 g of any good nutrient lol.giflol.giflol.gif In all seriousness, if it says saturated fat(you should probably sue them if the 15 g is after the saturated fat) and sugar next to it, then it's bad. Also check out the ingredients(in small prints), if it says hydrogenated oil or partially hydrogenated oil, then it's also bad.
