STORE NOT WORKING FOR ME

Hello I am trying to purchase some lotion and the store is not working. I enter all my info and try to check out. It attempts to process the order then tells me there is a problem with the connection. I am having no other issues with my internet so I have to assume its on their end. Was getting same error message last night. The support links don't work either. Can't get any help. Super frustrating. Great products. Garbage website. SAD!

Still haven't received any assistance from this loser company. Just an email saying my username was inappropriate. WOWEEEE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Turning a life long customer into someone who is going to spam social media with negative reviews in a matter of hours....

Hey @eatmyshitacne , sorry about that. Not really sure whats happening, but I'll go ahead and bring this to the attention of the mods in the moderator section. Seems like other people are having problems with it as well. Will keep you updated.

Hi, I hadn't seen that you were a member for several years when I issued that friendly warning, so I revoked it shortly thereafter. I was under the impression that you were a new user since this was your first post. The mod staff and customer service are separate entities, mods being volunteer.

They're looking into the issue now, but if it's urgent you can order on their Amazon or eBay.

I'm still having the same issue as OP. I thought maybe it was my account name or email address so I tried as guest. Then I tried clearing cookies and cache like the useless customer support told me to do via email. Then I tried incognito Chrome and private browsing Firefox. Nothing worked... until I tried Internet Explorer (yes that old piece of shit browser that nobody is supposed to be using in 2018) AND IT FINALLY WORKED.

So many hoops to jump through. If the BP here wasn't rated so highly then I would have just given up a long time ago and ordered from Paula's Choice or something. Hopefully this helps other people redirect their business elsewhere.
