This Multi-Vitamin ok??

Pro-Vitamin A (Beta Carotene), 15000IU

Vitamin B1, 20mg

Vitamin B6, 20mg

Folic Acid, 150mcg

Vitamin C, 30mg

Vitamin D, 150IU

Vitamin E, 200IU

Niacin, Magnesium (Taurate), 50mg

Copper, 1mg

Zinc, 10mg

Selenium, 20mcg

72 Trace Minerals, 40mg

Lemon Bioflavonoids, 40mg

Lecithin. 100mg

It says to take 2 daily. Is there any ingredient I should be worried about?

Is that to much Vitamin A?

Am I getting enough Vit C?
