Can You Still Use Am Bp If Using Epiduo At Night?

1 post in this topic

Hi, my dermatologist just gave me epiduo (until she can find out from my other doctor if I can have roaccutane.) She didn't really explain how to use it, all she said was that I should use it once a day... but If I use the epiduo at night can I still use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide in the morning? I'm guessing maybe not after seeing a few posts on here but that bp saved my skin I'm so scared to stop using it! I feel like I really need something twice a day because if I ever miss an application I break out :(

Another question, I broke out really badly from retin-a (which I used with bp), do you think this is likely to affect me in the same way? My dermatologist said it was less harsh but I think she was just talking about redness and flaking rather than break out potential... (although irritation causes acne?)

Part of me just wants to stick with the bp because this is the best my skin has ever been and nothing else has worked at all but I also want my skin to be better than this...

I'd really appreciate any help! :)
