  1. I have had terrible hormonal acne on my chin for the past two years. I am on birth control, which helped a little, but not a lot. At any give time, I had at least one ginormous cystic zit on my chin, if not two to three of them. I know that a few zits don't seem like a big deal, but when they are huge, painful, red, unpoppable, and the scars last for can take a toll on your self esteem! I tried every kind of acne remedy I could find, and nothing really helped. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SAVED ME. I started using half water/half apple cider vinegar as a toner once or twice a day, and I am nearly acne-free. I will still occasionally get a zit or two on my chin, but there are not nearly as severe as I used to get.
  2. I really don't know what to do with my skin anymore. It all started Nov. 2017, when I woke up with like a hundred tiny bumps on my forehead. I've always had mild to moderate acne but it was nothing like this. They would also become inflamed and they have pus!! I never had anything like this before. I thought it was because I added too many things on my skin care routine. I started using Sensibio Micellar Water, Thayers astringent, jojoba oil for moisturizer, and tea tree oil for spot treatment. At first I thought the jojoba oil was clogging my pores so I stopped using it. After a month there's still no improvement so I stopped everything at once except for the tea tree oil. Then still nothing's happening on my skin. Now it's all over my face: my chin and cheeks. Then I remember how I also started using ACV as a toner hoping to stop my mild to moderate acne. I dilute it with water (50:50). I use this after I cleanse my face and usually leave it on without using moisturizer. Then I also started using it with the tea tree oil as a spot treatment around January 2018, and I would reapply it maybe 10 to 15 times at night. Then one morning I've noticed my skin started becoming flaky. I have dry patches on my chin and that's when I also started getting the bumps on my chin and cheeks. Then my face became super tight, I have oily skin so it was really weird. Like if I try to open my mouth wide or raise my eyebrows, it was kinda painful. And I've notice my forehead started becoming shiny. An addition to that is that my blemishes are taking too long too disappear. I searched it and learned that it's a sign of over exfoliation. Could it be because of the ACV since it contains acid? What should I do then? Please I really need your help. I've also started shaving my face around the same time this all started, since I have really dark coarse hair all over my face (I'm asian). I don't know if that also contributes to over exfoliation.
  3. Okay so I just signed up on to make myself feel better and get some advice on this tragic thing i did for my face, because I really feel like trash right now. So last week. I was looking at the mirror, close up, at my blemishes. I have this problem where I will start picking at the smallest thing on my face because im so afraid of pimples. I pick on three pimples on my cheek. All got inflamed. Throughout the week i tried putting mask, benzoyl peroxide, baking soda, etc. Two of them went down. However it was so emotionally exhausting to go through this. I even have to reshhedule an interview because of how embarrassed i was with the pimples. Last one didnt go down. And then i read somewhere that APple cider vinegar helps. I got acv on a cotton ball and pressed it against the pimple for a while, like 2-3 min. WHEN I LET IT GO I WAS HORRIFIED. I caused a huge scar on my cheek. Not only did the pimple remain but bow there is a scar. I am sooo sad. My parents make me feel worse saying “Whats that on your face” or “Why do u always touch your face” etc. Idk, im so depressed because of this suddenly. I put aloe vera on it went to sleep but it became more dark. What can i do at this point to help my skin heal faster? I really need it to heal in a week for my interview. Thank guys, please I need genuine advice that works.
  4. From the album How I Detox My Skin After the Holidays

Now that the holiday season is finally over, its time for a major skin detox. I ate a lot of sugar, gluten, and dairy over the Thanksgiving / Christmas break and I’m so ready to get back on track. Here's how I plan to do that. I'm going to add a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into my morning glass of water. Doing this will support my gut health which is important if we want clear skin. I'm also including lemon water into my diet. It's a great way to flush out toxins in our system. Food is an important part of the detox so I'm going to make sure I eat a lot of leafy greens, avocado, and salmon. I also added fermented cod liver oil supplements for some extra skin support. As for my skin care routine, I'm going to be steaming my face once a week and then using the charcoal mud mask detox my pores.
  5. I am in my first month of accutane and I hate it so far. I was able to slow down how dry I am already as I kept over moisturizing right when I started. But right now I am going through the first initial break out and I have never been in so much pain. This is unlike any there break out. This is extremely cystic and I have multiple at once. I have been doing warm compresses, ice, applying apple cider vinegar, hydrocortisone cream, etc. And onceI get rid of one, many others appear. How can I prevent the number of cysts DURING accutane and how can I decrease their life span? Thanks in advance.
  6. Scarring with Apple cider vinegar?

    Forums Scar treatments 2 replies

I recently tried to remove a facial mole using apple cider vinegar. For 2 days I put a connton ball with the vinegar on the mile for about half an hour. After the second time, I noticed a facial burn around the mile. I let it sit for 2 days until is scabbed up as seen in the picture. I was wondering what I should do to prevent scarring, should I apply something or pick the rough film of skin off? Also, how can I use apple cider vinegar on the mile so it won't burn my face in the future?
  7. I've been using this aztec healing clay mask for a month now as I've seen people talking about how effective it is, So i gave it a try and i seem to be having a lot of whiteheads and acne everywhere, my cheeks, my chin and forehead and i've heard people saying its the purging process but some say its not and that i have to ditch this mask I dont really know what to do, I dont see any improvement just small dots almost all over my face, so do i give it a chance or nah?
  8. HELP!! Burned my face with apple cider vinegar: I used apple cider vinegar on my face(to remove tags) for 2 hours. It burned the skin and it turned dark brown. In 4-5 days the burned skin(scab) came off. But now there is a pinkish-brownish skin on my face. Will it scar permanently? Pls help me so I could remove it. It has been a week since the scab came off. I'm a female, Indian skin. (2 pea-sized scars) I'm applying aloe vera gel. Should I continue applying? Also, should I use honey on the pinkish-brownish skin? Will it help from scarring? How much time will it take to come back to my normal skin colour? Will it scar? I'm worried Pls pls pleeeease help so I could remove it without any scars
  9. People were telling me how apple cider vinegar could really help with my skin issues if I rubbed some on my face as a toner. So that's what I did; I put some on a cotton pad and rubbed it on my face. It burned a little but I didn't really think about that at the time. I wake up the next morning and my skin is literally red. Almost like it's been burnt, just raw and red. It's been two days and it's not dying down. Help!! What do I do???? Will it scar? How do I heal my skin?? Would aloe Vera help??
  10. Indented scar.. help!

Thanks! P.S. Would apple cider vinegar or lemon do the trick?
  11. Hi everyone. I've been struggling with acne since August and I've really gotten to a point where I'm almost depressed by it. I hate leaving the house and I can't help but feel like everybody is disgusted by me. It's completely destroyed my confidence and I'm just so fed up with it. It somewhat comes and goes, but theres always at least 3 pimples- generally in the same spots. On my left and right cheeks and above my right eyebrow. I was using The Body Shop "Drops of light cleanser" followed by their aloe moisturizer. Although, I really wasn't getting anywhere. At the beginning of the month I had this gigantic pimple so I went to the store and bought Jojoba oil, Apple Cider Vinegar and Tea Tree oil. I'm not sensitive to tea tree so I created a moisturizer by mixing the jojoba and tea tree. Then I filled a spray bottle with water and tea tree, and another with water and apple cider vinegar. I washed my face with the same Body Shop cleanser and then sprayed my face with the apple cider vinegar and wiped it with a cotton pad like a toner. I then applied the jojoba and tea tree mixture and with a q-tip, put tea tree directly on my breakouts. Within 3 days all my acne cleared and I had nothing but acne scars. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. I'm so disappointed because it really felt like I found a cure. I did have finals and was stressed but since then it has ended and my acne has not calmed down. Does anyone know why this would stop working? I went to the store and got Rosehip oil and Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I now take off my makeup with the jojoba oil. I stopped using the Body Shop cleanser and started using the Cetaphil. I add a drop of tea tree at night and just use the cleanser alone in the morning. I'll do a couple drops of the rosehip oil and then after 5 minutes a drop of two of the jojoba and tea tree mixture. Then I'll like load up my pimples with tea tree. I stopped with the apple cider vinegar toner. I also got the St.Ives blackhead clearing green tea scrub and the Freeman Polishing Charcoal and Black Sugar mask + scrub, which I use twice a week. It literally didn't change anything and now my skin has extreme dry patches where my acne is (cheeks, above the eyebrow, and also for some reason around my nose) so when I put on makeup it clings to the dry patches. I'm just so frustrated. My question is: What kind of acne is this? and what products can I use to help? Should I just go on accutane or contact a dermatologist? I've been raised to be against medications so it's really hard to get support from my family through this method, but if you think it'll help I'm willing to try. I was thinking of adding a couple drops of lavender oil into my jojoba and tea tree mixture. I'm also thinking about getting a facial done- maybe that would help? Honestly I just have no idea.
  12. I decided to stop using all commercial cleansers and products on my face, after watching videos/testimonials and reading lots of information on acne. I've used the oil cleansing method, cold cream, caveman, ext. Half a year later - nothing. My acne/rosecea is the worst it's ever been. There could be no correlation, but the point is, it's not working. My skin was much clearer in around, August. I used to use CeraVe gentle cleanser, and Cetaphil moisturizer. I'm out of options. I've tried everything. Proactive, OCM, cold cream, probiotics, l-lysine, nothing at all, basic cleanser, apple cider cinegar, going vegan - you name it. Is it time to go back to regular products? Even though my skin was still bad, it could improve. Should I start going on antibiotics? I'm lost.
  13. Hey all! I started using diluted organic ACV with the mother in it as a toner (1 part ACV: 4 parts water) and it has helped reduce redness and appears to have lessened the intensity of breakouts. However, I noticed the other day after about a week of using it that these white, kind of fibrous tendrils started to appear and float around the liquid. I'm not sure what it is, but I think it's some kind of organism that started growing alongside the culture that already exists. Or maybe it's just the original culture that's growing a lot? Anyway, my main question is: is it still safe to use on my skin? Should I dump the little bit I made and make a new diluted solution of ACV?
  14. Hi. Im 31 and have sensitive oily skin. So 13 days ago I started a new 'mostly natural products only' regimen. It has been going well and ive noticed my acne pigmentation has definitely reduced quite a bit. Ive also been eating more healthy fats as my diet was very very low in them. Im now drinking 3 Litres of water a day, everyday, with a total of 3 tablespoons of ACV. Together there has been a big improvement since its only been 13 days. Id still get some whiteheads coming and going but now it looks like a cyst is coming through!! Im really really upset by this and keep thinking 'what am I doing wrong!?'. Here is my regimen. Morning -manuka honey 30+ (which I leave on for anywhere from 2 to 3 hours) -apple cider vinegar to tone (I dont wash it off) (1 part water 1 part ACV) -cetaphil suntivity 50+ sunscreen for oily skin (this is excellent as it also makes my skin look healthier) Evening -manuka honey (same as above) -apple cider vinegar (as above) - benzol peroxide 2.5% (im thinking of taking this out as I dont believe that I need it any more with everything else im this correct to do?) -jojoba oil (this im unsure of this as my skin is so oily after, it doesnt seem to blend into my skin although it has only been 13 days....will it get better?) So this a purging phase...will I be purging from this? Am I over doing it? Im scared that if I use just manuka honey that the spots wont go away. Please please help! Any advice will be so appreciated!
  15. Hey, Which is better to use as a toner? And what is really the difference between them? Any advice would greatly help!
  16. Hi guys - i'm new to and have decided to start a blog. Hopefully this will blog will be able to help someone out there who is currently suffering the same way as I am!!! To YOU or anyone who's reading this that is trying to get rid of their acne - DONT WORRY, i've been there (and still am there when its that time of the month tbh.) There's a way to get rid of your acne, guys. Try my regimen and i assure you that it will at most give you clear skin and at least help improve your acne Okay, so i've always had moderate acne since I was 13. I am now 17. Just a side info - I also have PCOS-like symptoms. FOr those who dont know, basically my periods are irregular because of my hormonal imbalance, so i am very prone to hormonal acne. In May of 2016, I started a no carb, no dairy, and no sugar diet and intended to lose weight (i had mild to moderate acne back then but wasn't obsessed with getting rid of them!) I also ran 3-4 times a week and swam everyday for an hour for 5 consecutive weeks. Suddenly, in July of 2016 my skin was CLEAR. In fact, I believe that that was the clearest my skin has ever been in my entire life - I had no acne and only used a cetaphil cleanser, cetaphil moisturizer and sunscreen! And i had no acne for 3 months straight!!!! Fast forward to October of 2016, I started getting lots of whiteheads and some cysts and my forehead and was FREAKING OUT. MORe cysts appeared on my cheeks as well and I didn't understand why. Looking back, it was because i was using the wrong shampoo, ate junk food everyday (like packaged ramen),did not exericise at all, was too lazy to wash and mosturize my face and was stressed out about school. I shouldve known and just switched to a paleo diet and did what i had done in May... but no. I was a freaking dumbass.During christmas break of 2016, I decided to go to a dermatologist and he had reccomended that I get laser for my acne and hyperpigmentation. HE Also told me to switch to a baby shampoo to prvent futurr acne on the forehead. Now, the laser did help greatly on the forehead, but it also left some scars on my left cheek. FOR THose who are planning to get laser - be prepared. The reulsts are at most 70% improvement, and you may experience some scars and breakouts afterwards. AFter getting the laser, i vowed to myself to never get it done again and started following my own regimen. I am now on the paleo diet once again and have been so for 1 week. I have also been running and doing hard exercise for only 2 weeks now and my acne is improving greatly! I only have 4-5 visible whiteheads, and no cysts!!!!! However, those 2 factors arent the only 2 things helping me with my acne. I WILL list a couple to help yall. 1) cetaphil cleanser/clinique foam cleanser are great bcus they are not drying. IF you use drying spot treatment, ur cleanser shouldnt be drying 2) I add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to my water and drink it between meals 3) I take zinc supplements 4) MOISTURIZE - cetaphil, biotherm and orgins night a mins are the bomb! 5) use q tip and spot treatment tea tree oil on cysts, mario badescu on whiteheads and aloe vera on red spots 6) use dr jart's healing solution mask 2 times a week (its at sephora - has tea tree oil and sacylic acid!) 7) clean ur phone daily, change your sheets often! 8) SLEEP - if u have trouble sleepinf like me, use melatonin! 9) GREEN TEA IN THE MORNING during the weekends! 10) sunbathing a bit also helps 11) use a gentle shampoo! 12) tie ur hair in a bun when u sleep 13) use a water base makeup remover 14) dont stress! 15) all kinds of meat are ok except beef - they clog up ur digestion 16) blueprint juices r ur bestfriends 17) mario badescu clay mask is also great 18) hiruscar legit healed my scars pro tip: if u can feel or see a cyst coming, lightly press the area with soaked cloth/tissue (preferabbly cold), drink LOADS and i mean LOADS of water plus apple cider vinegar and cover the whole area with mario badescu before you sleep. I did that 5 days ago and the hidden cyst on my chin disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR REAL GUYS. trie these things and i assure u - ur acne WILL BE GOne!
  17. So basically i have this deep pimple. It doesn't have a head but i can see the white pus (?) inside it. So from hours of searching online i saw that putting ACV on a cotton ball and putting it on it would make it better. It didn't. I had this cotton ball on my face for hours (maybe 8) and when i took it off my skin was very white and tender. It peeled off. I don't know, maybe i did something wrong. But i can't stop crying now. I have depression and this have affected me very deeply. Everything is just like crumbling down. If anyone has any tips for deep-down pimples please help me. Theyre just bumps with white stuff inside. (my skin peeled off, like literal skin so i put antibiotic cream with a bandaid over the raw skin, is this okay?)
  18. HELP ME PLEASE - any advice

Forums General acne discussion 4 replies

I am 23 years old and I have been SUFFERING from cystic acne since I was 12. My acne would occasionally get better or worse throughout the years but it was something I just dealt with. I had gone to the dermatologist many times and have been prescribed antibiotics and topicals that may or may not have help but ultimately nothing ever took really got rid of my acne. So I just wore makeup every day and got accustomed to that life. Yes, it has always been hard on me and I've always had horrible confidence issues because of it. Its affected relations, has stopped me from going certain places (beach or any type of swimming). Basically, I have not left my house SINCE I WAS 12 WITHOUT MAKE UP and I mean not even to walk outside and get the mail. Even around my own family I have to cover it up. So I lived basically my whole life like this just dealing with it until recently... So over the past year I have notice a change in my skin. My acne has gotten much worse. To the point I where I am extremely depressed and have avoided leaving my house completely. I am currently a college student and my school work is suffering as well as my relationships with people. My most recent trip to the dermatologist has put me on spironolactone 100mg a day. I have been on this for about 2.5 months now. It has made my acne MUCH worse but from what I have read that happens in the beginning. I am sticking it out for a few more weeks but now at this point I have red scars all over my face that I have never had before. I was also prescribed adapalene gel and benzoyl peroxide which I've used in the past and does not work. My doctors tested my hormone levels and everything has come back normal. I eat a VERY healthy completely vegan diet. I drink an insane amount of water. I have recently tried apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, coconut oil, take a variety of vitamins and pretty much every remedy out there. BUT NOTHING IS WORKING FOR ME. I honestly feel like I am doing everything I am supposed to and nothing is working. I need help. I need some kind of advice or something maybe I haven't tried. Please anything.
  19. Goal: To tighten skin, remove acne dark spots, prevent future breakouts, and remove acne scars. Skin type: Sensitive and oily (usually) Products: Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel-Cream (moisturizer) Raw Organic AppleCider Vinegar mixed with spring water (1 Part water mixed with 1 part vinegar) 'THAYERS' Witch Hazel Alcohol-free toner "Aztec Secret" Indian healing Clay Mario Badescu drying lotion Products I am considering purchasing in the next couple days: Micro needle Derma Roller GLYCOLIC Acid 70% Skin Chemical Peel Hyaluronic Acid Serum (I assume this is for acne dark spots?) About me: I'm a 22 year old college student and I am very active. I workout everyday so I usually shower once or twice a day. I live in Michigan so when it gets really cold it's easy for my face to dry up but my skin type is usually oily and you can usually always see large clogged pores on my nose. My usual routine: I usually wake up, apply cleanser, shower, apply the witch hazel toner with a cotton ball, then moisturize. After I workout (around 5-8pm), I usually repeat the process. When I'm ready to go to bed I cleanse my face then I use a cotton ball to apply the apple cider vinegar & water mixture. Once that dries, I apply a small dab of the drying lotion on any whiteheads/pimples I see. I do not apply moisturizer at night, should I? If so, do I apply the drying lotion after the moisturizer dries? Also, once a week I apply the mask and leave it on for about a half hour then remove it. I feel as if I have a bunch of products that can potentially work wonders but maybe I am not applying everything in the right order or at the right times of the day. My current routine seems to be somewhat alright but I have a lot of clogged nose pores, acne scars, and dark acne spots that are very easy to see on my pale skin in the cold, dry, winter months. Any advice on what I should use? and also in what order I should use my products? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.
  20. Apple Cider Vinegar

I seen that acv can be mixed with water for a toner. I've been using this for months now things it works just because it makes my skin clean clean after using but now that I'm thinking about it I might be allergic, my acne hasn't gotten better from using this. I think it might have gotten worse I cannot remember to be honest. I applied acv on one side of my face tonight and a few minutes after it drying I realized that side of my face was super itchy. Could this be an allergic reaction or just not useful? Should I go without using it for a month and see if I notice a difference? Also if so, what is good toner? Or spot treatment? My acne is hard and seems to under a lot of pressure, also it's just on my cheeks and my jaw line and sometimes around Mouth, not always tho. Should I try something new? Any suggestions at all?
  21. Hi. Im currently doing a modified version of the caveman regimen and im thinking afterwards (a month or so) to start using a minimize level of products if I feel its needed and Im wondering, what about just using ACV (apple cider vinegar) as a cleanser + toner morning and night (or maybe just once, but what time is best?) And then Jojoba Oil as a mosituriser? And thats it. I have mild to moderate acne (I think) and hyperpigmentation. Im also 31. My main acne are cysts, pustules, whiteheads and blackheads (but only on my nose). My acne is also hormonal. Any thoughts or ideas would be very much appreciated.
  22. Hello. I am 20 years old and have suffered from acne for a very long time. I finally decided to go on accutane and completed my course about 8/9 months ago. I thought that was going to cure me for good. But unfortunately, it came back. I don't know what to do anymore. I have tried so much. Antibotics seem to help a little, but I don't want to be on them forever. I have recently tried drinking apple cider vinegar which also seems to help a little, but not as much as I would hope. I was wondering if anyone had used it as a toner?? I thought about mixing it with Witch hazel and applying it to my face. Has anyone had any experiences with this. Any input would be more than appreciated! Thank you.
  23. I've struggled with adult acne for close to 7 years. I would get the large painful cysts on my cheeks that would last weeks to months, I'd very rarely get an actual pimple that you could pop. I've tried nearly every OTC medication tediously and systematically from Proactiv to Clinique. I eventually went to a dermatologist who gave me the usual run-around of starting with the less invasive medications, like Metron Cream, Doxy, Clarifoam, etc. (If you can think of it I probably tried it), before moving onto Accutane. I did the typical regimen of Accutane, and it did eventually clear my Acne for close to a year before it returned. I started thinking maybe I'm supposed to be cursed with Acne or that it's Karma for something I did in a past life and I began to accept my fate. At this point in life I've been avoiding all makeup because I didn't want to put anything on my skin that could potentially cause acne. But due to the recent resurgence of cysts I gave up and I thought, "Well, if I'm going to have acne for the rest of my life I might as well try to cover it up with some makeup. So I went to the drugstore and bought some Neutragena primer and foundation and I started using it. Suddenly, my acne was significantly better! My acne would disappear for a while and then return sparingly. Then I had an epiphany! I thought maybe I'm just trying too hard and irritating my face too much with all the cleansers, toners, and washes and that my skin just needed some healthy oils to protect it. I thought I didn't have anything to lose, so I went "all natural" and decided to use only truly simple organic products on my skin along with the Neutragena Healthy Skin makeup. I started to use diluted ACV to tone, coconut oil to moisturize, and honey as a mask on my face. However, I was very hesitant to start using coconut oil on my face because I know it has the potential to clog pores. But I didn't have anything to lose, and I thought I should do something crazy different and see if there were any results. Either way it would be a learning experience. Surprisingly, I started to see positive results, instead of having 4 or 5 large cysts on my cheeks I'd only have 1 or 2 cysts that would come in flareups. Seeing great results, I decided to carefully examine my life in a scientific manner to try and determine what was causing my acne. I modified my diet and limited my intake of soda, sugar, and dairy. This helped a little, my skin wasn't as oily and I did "feel" generally better. But then I noticed something I that I've been dealing with a long time that I didn't associate as a potential cause for my acne. Whenever I was constipated I'd get a cyst. I've been struggling with chronic constipation for nearly 10 years, and I would sometimes go without having a BM for 5 days. It was annoying but I was focusing all my energy on my acne instead of trying and maintain a toileting schedule. Initially, I didn't relate the two as being connected, but as I thought about it it was making sense. I thought maybe this might be the cause of all my grief, so I started to take OTC laxatives and stool softeners; with a target of 1 BM at least every other day. The results were nearly immediate and my acne went away. It's been a few months and I haven't got a single cyst. I'm not a scientist and I don't know the studies behind colon health and skin health, but I find it strange that ever since I started having daily or every other day BM's my acne has resolved. I'm sure my other choices like modifying my diet and going organic has also helped my skin and it's something I continue to follow through with. So if your'e struggling with large cystic acne, take a look at your BM regimen. If you're chronically constipated your body might by trying to expel the toxins through your skin. Below is my daily organic skin regimen that I still use and love the results it has on my skin. And it's super cheap too. AM Wake-up Gently place organic raw honey (from Target) on my face while I shower, do not scrub, and wash off after 5min. Tone with 1:1 diluted organic raw ACV (Braggs brand from Target) and water and let it dry. Do not wash off. Moisturize with Neutragena oil free moisturizer with SPF 15. Neutragena Healthy Skin primer makeup. Neutragena Healthy Skin liquid foundation makeup. PM Wash makeup off with water, not the makeup remover wipes. Tone with 1:1 diluted ACV and water and let it dry. Do not wash off. Moisturize with Organic raw coconut oil (from Target) and leave it on. Sleep

Not really more like 2700 but I walked over 5 miles for sure because I charged my phone so I didn't have it on me for an hour and I still walked almost 5 miles today. Plus most of those calories are from nuts lol, deeeeez nuts. im looking into what it takes to be a paralegal. So yeah, that's what ya girl Natalie is doing on a Thursday night. New 60 days in tonight woop woop!!
  25. Ive had this cyst on my face for a couple months, its a shiny, smooth, flesh colored bump on my face. But recently in the last 2 months it got bigger and its really annoying. Ive been applying BP to it for months but no progress. Ive just recently bought a bottle of Bragg's ACV unfiltered, unpasteurized, raw and mixed with some water and applied it to my cyst for the past week and now its somewhat flatter and smoother and also turned dark!? Does this mean its working? Or is this a chemical burn? Im posting before and after pictures below.
