I get these bumps that have very little white puss come out of them. Then they are flaired above my skin for what seems like a week maybe longer. They are consistent and have absolutely destroyed my self confidence. Does anybody know what these are? Or how to get rid of them?

Diagnosed PCOS since 2014. Was put on birth control...It did wonders for my skin, however i tried to experiment last December 2017 and went off of birth control that lasted until Feb 2018 and my period got delayed and then BLAM!!! My skin FREAKED OUT... it still is. Back on the pill- here goes!
i've been struggling with this problem last year, but it started to flare up in December till now. My chest has something similar (clusters of red bumps/not acne) they aren't really itchy or painful but when it's really inflamed it's quite painful to the touch. Anyone know what is this? Please help!!
I'm just now beginning to realize not only do my hormones play a role but also what I eat and drink. I've cut back on soda and I drink more water. I also cut out milk and now i drink almond milk. I cut back on cheese and the only meat I eat now is chicken. My skin care regimen is as follows: Morning: I wash my face with The Body Shop tea tree oil cleanser and use the body shop toner after it dries. Night time: I wash my face with biore because it really gives ur face a clean feel and sometimes I use a spin brush with it if I wore makeup that day. After it dries, I put a little bio oil on my face and then I put some Cortizone cream on my new acne not on my entire face.
This is my experiment with Caveman Regimen. I just do a water splash for 4 to 5 seconds in the morning. I am not using cleansers, moisturisers or any other chemical skin products. When I shampoo my hair, I try to keep the shampoo off my face as it's too harsh and that's the difficult part.
