From: Acne And Face Exercise



I heard Yoga helps not only acne but the overall health of the body.

I tend to do Yoga instead of P90x because I believe Yoga is more helpful and powerful.

I started doing face exercises a couple weeks ago, too. I have lost 30 lbs over the past 5 months and noticed the excess skin under my chin is a bit crepey looking. I'm sure that the elasticity in my skin isn't as it once was, I'm 35. I don't believe in allowing myself to go to pot though! Since beginning the exercises my marionette lines are less severe and my chin is tightening up.

I began acupuncture two weeks ago. I've had two sessions...OH MY GOSH, this is an amazing gift I gave myself. I cannot recommend it enough! I started it for anxiety, depression & just for my overall well being. It has alleviated my anxiety immensely. My anxiety is usually a 8-9 on a scale of 1-10 (10 being worse). Since acupuncture, I am at a 4-5, on any given day. I will continue acupuncture treatment once a week for as long as I need. You are well versed on the acne-anxiety connection, I thought you may want to try this awesome method of stress relief! :)
