I found that jumping in the shower right after you workout can be rather critical for a good complexion. When I was in High School, I would workout after school and afterwards I had to wait after school till' my ride came. That was very harmfull for my face because sweat would build up in my pores and dry, that's a big no no. I was stupid back then and didn't know much about acne.
For you youngsters or older people who workout, don't make the same mistake I did. Just make sure you jump in shower immediately. Working out can really clear your pores, but you have to shower afterwards to get the sweat off of your skin.
