Right here i go...
Let's just start with a few facts about yours truly:
20 year old male
Love Music, Food, Cinema
I'll not go any deeper than that in case no-one reads this and subsequently it would be a waste of my time to tell my lifestory to my computer
Ok here is my deal - i don't have clear skin. I had clear skin up until about March of this year and that was my first experience of acne at the relatively late age of 19... It was all a bit odd really; i'd been wanting to get fitter, lose some weight and eat more healthily for a while and so my New Year's Resolution was to get into shape. But as all of this was happening i started to notice my skin becoming more and more upset. As it currently stands i've lost a lot of weight, feel fit and healthy apart from my skin which is holding me back as i go into my second year of university. I'd love to be able to go out and socialise but i've already missed two events and a potential date because of my skin. Also, rather oddly my skin really cleared up about 6 weeks ago but seems to have taken a turn for the worse recently in the last 3 weeks or so. I've never been on prescription drugs, never even met a dermatologist until last Friday who suggested a new moisturiser and lotion. I've been using Dermalogica's Anti-Bac Face Wash for about 2 months now and it worked fine to begin with though nothing suggests it's working now and have started a new regime with the Aknicare range that i was suggested. I might even have a microderm soon. Currently feeling crap and not looking forward to the week ahead at all
Going to buy some organic ACV tomorrow and see if that helps my insides - i thought for the longest time that i had a food intolerance/digestive troubles, but that doesn't explain why i've never had acne up until about half a year ago.
