Natural Ways To Deal With Adult Acne

Entries in this blog

Hey There!

So after taking about 2 years off, because of many reasons from college, I decided to get back on track and just try and enjoy my youth.

Let me ask you a question, okay.

Have you felt so self-conscious that you avoided college all together?

I did, even though I masked it pretty well with other issues, the primary one was adult acne.

This primarily applies to the guys, hasn’t you ever wanted to party out and has the nights like in the movies?

I too know for a fact, that does happen I have some of the best friends out there, and they are all having a blast.

But not me, I'm all worked up about appearance and just didn't believe enough in myself to attract hot emotionally mature women into my life.

Well this could be considered like a journal entry.

I'd like to read what you guys have to say, and feel free to give me feedback on my previous posts.

Hi there,

So today, I actually only slept for about 4 hours.

It would have been great and I could have even dealt with it, but what got my day turning towards the downside, was that I had not shaved.

I've come to realize and recognize that if I don't shave everyday preferably in the morning, my skin will look like **it.

Even though most of my friends that it’s fine and that it's more than likely just "me" subconsciously or consciously putting to much emphasis into my face.

But moving on so today, I woke up at 9:30 am or so, well my neighbor woke me up, because I had agreed to go to church with them.

That way I could get a ride to and from, the service started at 10:00 am, so that only gave me enough time to brush my teeth and wash my face.

I honestly felt like the dirtiest person there, because I use to taking a shower and combing my hair.

I was really self-conscious about my appearance, but the funny thing is that during the service I started to pay more attention to the message, and how it was addressing a particular part of my life, that I forgot about "myself."

That was really cool, and it helped with the stress that I was building from nothing.

Yet when I got home the first thing I did was get into the shower, and go through my usual routine.

I felt even better, and then I just headed out and hanged out my some buddies of mine.

It was a really good and happy day for me.

How was yours?

Hi there,

So I'm here on my laptop, it’s around 2:45 a.m. and I was just looking through the forum for some stories about how others are dealing with Adult Acne.

Then I replied to a post about Adult Male Acne.

That got me thinking... When does one say I no longer got regular acne, but it’s now adult acne?

It seriously took me about 15 minutes to ponder over this and come to the conclusion; well first of all I hope you will agree with me on this one.

It's the same as the legal age requirement overall throughout the world, which is 18 years of age.

So any and everyone who is 18 years or older Now have what we call ADULT ACNE.

But wait! That only brings me to another question.

What makes Adult Acne any Different from regular Acne?

Is Adult Acne worse?

Does this mean that we will suffer from it all of over adult lives?

Well you can read and get the hint where I’m going with this.

If this is the case which in my case it is, I Do currently breakout, mostly around my jaw line.

I am 20 currently so what hope do I have of looking like the Male Models that we see everyday posing in the magazines?

At this point I would be happy just having a clear complexion through and through.

The kind of feeling those models have when they wake up in the morning and not worry about what is popping out from their face.

But alas for now we have to continue with the regimen that works best for our own bodies and skin.

Well that will end this entry, look forward to your comments, and any feedback is highly requested.
