You don't really need to drink this, but it is okay to have once in a while . You should try diet rite or diet coke with splenda . If you are a diet drink person, look at the ingredients on the back of the drink. If it says aspertame, you should stay clear of it . Instead look for items that have Splenda, Sucralose, or Stevia .
