Daily Skin Routine

So far, this is my skin routine that has been REALLY working for me. I have noticed a difference and am pretty satisfied! I sometimes take showers in the morning and nights before school. I will list both routines.

Taking a shower in the morning:

~Take Shower

-First wash face with Boscia Clear Complexion Cleanser with Botanical Blast (15-20 seconds)

-Wash face with Creamy Benzoyl Peroxide Wash 5% (In circles for 15-20 seconds)

-Exfoliate with St. Ives Apricot Scrub for Sensitive Skin (about 10 seconds)

~Get Out of Shower

-Cetaphil Daily Face Moisturizer SPF 15 (about the size of a dime)

-(If I am feeling oily on T-zone only!) Peter Thomas Roth Anti Matt Mattifying Gel

-Dr. Perricone MD Ceramic Skin Smoother

~Make-up! (Will add later if requested)

(Same routine as the shower but in the sink. no makeup)

Taking a shower at night:

~Wake up

-Wash face for 20 seconds with Boscia Clear Complexion Cleanser with Botanical Blast

-Moisturize with Cetaphil Daily Moisturizer SPF15

-Dr. Perricone Ceramic Skin Smoother

17 year old acne!

Hello all,

I am 17 and have been suffering from mild to moderate harmonal acne. I have combination skin, VERY oily in the T-zone, and mild-ly dry on my cheeks. Around my period is the worst. I break out in the wierdest spots. Sometimes my forehead, my chin, and my cheeks. I always seem to get under the skin white-heads on the apples of my cheeks close to my nose, and small black-heads all around my nose. I have also suffered from cystic acne (which is the devil)! I have had one cystic pimple on the right side of my cheek for 7 months! Let me tell you that bastard would not go away. I seriously had no hope in it. It finally went away (I will explain how later) and as a result i have about the size of a pinky nail scar which is a pretty dark pink color. Acne scars are what i hate the most. I don't have alot, but they take forever to go away and i think i am finally done with them!
