When i first began using Truderma I didnt see immediate results.Dont expect to see dramatic changes instantly or within the first week,i know we'd all like it to be that way but, it just dont work that way.Into the first week of using Truderma i noticed my skin got very dry,but at that time i wasnt using the moisterizer they supplied. But i think the drying of the skin is a natural occurence of the epidermis getting use to the BP.Just in the first week i noticed that i didnt breakout with new pimples, but the ones that had already surfaced were healing and improving a lot quicker(good thing).I've tried several moisterizers before including the follwing,Olay complete(sensitive with spf),cetaphil(made me breakout more, plus its too greasy/thick),Eucerin(calming effect, way too oily),Lubriderm(original and the one with sea kelp).,they all sucked cajones(balls). All the lotions that i tried were high ranked ones too,i made sure i did my research first before i went out to purchase them.By luck i came across the Truderma stuff and found their moisterizer to be very light and it sorta gives the skin a balanced feeling(Its also alcohol and oil free).I was amazed how it felt so light on my skin and it did'nt make me look all greasy(sticky icky).Another benefit wuz that it was sensitive enough to use around the eyes. Now wit every good thang there has to be a fall back, right? My only complaint was that the bottle is so small that you run out before you finish the rest of the kit(sorta leaves you hanging). Also i admit Truderma doest make your skin acne proof, but it does make it acne resistant.Remember to be gentle with your skin, dont do any picking,i know sometimes its hard to resist, but from experience i noticed every time i picked at a lil whitehead, most of the time the next day i would wake up with a larger pimple in the same area(coincidence?). If any of you happen to purchase Truderma, the kit i got came with the three steps plus the lotion(red looking label, tall skinny bottle) and a microwipe clothe. The total cost if i recall correctly was around $56.Take care all and Goodluck on the quest for clear skin.

Hey hows it going all,let me introduce myself to you all.My name is Michael/Mike/Mikey, wut ever.Im 21yrs old and i have been struggling with acne since i was about 17ish.I get acne mostly on my back, but i also get a few pimples on my mug(face) too.Let me tell you all, i feel you all, sometimes acne can be debilitating, sometimes its humiliating, sometimes i know it could be just plain ugly!,nasty! urrggh! But i believe there are medications/products that actually work, even though the struggle to find one can be a headache. I hope to use this Blog thangamagig as a place where we as a community can share our experiences of trial and error with different medications and products that are layed out on the table for us consumers to try.Sometimes their beneficial, other times they seem to act as a fertilizer for acne and dont do shissh! Hey! what could we do about it though? After all, it is a market, and most companies are out for their own profit, thats the game they play(dirty).I personally have tried almost every product for acne that you can buy at a local store. Most work to clear up the acne that have already arisen, but they dont help in any way to prevent new ones from forming.I dont think there is a one step product out there on the market that actually works to,clear, clean, prevent new acne from forming. So far i have experienced with these popular three step products,Murad,Proactiv, and one i liked, Truderma.Let me explain my skin type so some of you people can relate. My skin is sometimes oily and sometimes dry(probably due to topical stuff),sensitive, and my pores are about medium size around the nose area.I dont break out with a lot of little zits on my face, but i do get a couple larger sore pimples that sometimes leave scars(shitty). I also get pimples occasionally in the areas where i shave(probably due to irritation).Back on topic,Truderma is practically the same thing like Proactiv, but seemed to work better than Proactiv.Same three step routine, scrub with BP,Alcohol free toner(balance PH levels),and the leave on BP,Plus the thing i liked most was their moisterizer(bottles hella small though, but works better than any lotion i've used,it doesnt leave your face looking like you've plastered lard all over your face).Overall,Truderma helped out a lot, and it kepted me pretty clear as long as i used it twice a day(morning and night).I actually cleared up so good that i got brave and stopped using it just because i got tired of using the three steps(lil time consuming,im a busy guy). After a week of not using it, i began to get pimples(BIG SURPRISE).I have'nt oredered anymore just because i wanted to find something even more simple with less steps so I recently ordered Acnezine.Acnezine includes nutritional pills that you take orally, and a amped up BP lotion that you leave on.I'm gonna give it a shot and see how this new junk works.Take care all and keep those heads up!
