Pros:

Smooth skin
Reduced acne scars
Even out skin tone

Cons:

None

I have been suffering with acne since my late 20's. I read the reviews on here about MaMa Lotion and decided to try it out. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the results. For anyone that has tried everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - try MaMa Lotion. It has worked wonders on my overly sensitive skin. I followed the twice/wk directions then continue to use it every night before going to bed. I was very amazed at how smooth my skin appeared in the morning (and how my picky skin tolerated the product). I apply my moisturizer immediately after. Any skeptics will be pleasantly surprised.

Peeling Skin, Pump clogs easily. Could have come up with better means of applicating.

Buy it and feel better about yourself!

Pros:

Made my skin smooth and clear. The product is slightly fading some of my acne scars. There is a noticeable difference. I haven't seen my face this clear in a long time.

Cons:

It stings at first and my skin tends to get really dry after application and I notice a lot of peeling.

I really like it and i will continue to use this product Thanks MaMA!

Pros:

lightened skin, helped with acne scarring (ice pick)
It does not smell bad and absorbs very quickly.

Cons:

stings a bit, skin flakes excessively at first

I would recommend this product for hyperpigmentation...also it works fairly well on acne scarring (although you need to give it several months to see some kind of significant difference). Makes face soft as a babys bottom with continued use along with a good moisturizer.. Mama, you've met your papa in me ;)

Pros:

Easy to apply. Fairly fast at seeing results

Cons:

Seems pricey at first glance. But when you realise that one bottle will last you 4 months or more, the costs then seem much more reasonable.

Being in the UK I only had one choice of outlet to buy MaMa from.

Been reading rave reviews about 'MaMa' so decided to take the plunge & give it a go. I have now been using it every day for a full month & am pleased with the Results. Even though I have sensitive skin I suffered no skin peeling using MaMa. The reason might be that I had been using Retin-A a while back which did cause a LOT of peeling. So maybe my skin had built up a bit of tolerance! I started to see results after about a week. My skin tone began to improve & I got less in the way of breakouts occurring. I think you really have to give this product about 3 or 4 months to probably see the full effects that MaMa could do for your skin. I am hopeful that the results I have had so far will continue to improve the quality of my skin. I always moisturise about 30 mins after applying MaMa using 'Simple' brand moisturiser

Pros:

Good exfoliant. Reduces hyperpigmentation from old acne. Helps minorly with scarring other than hyperpigmentation.

Cons:

Will not do the job on true acne scars. Need a more serious treatment. Does not effectively eliminate breakouts. Consistency is thick and can be grainy.

I used this product for a year. I would use it every night. It makes your skin smoother as most hydroxy acids do and does a great job with clearing up red spots from old acne, but it did not stop me from breaking out, just reduced breakouts a bit. And I still have the rolling scars from some bad blemishes. Dan's regimen or BP works better for reducing breakouts, however, BP doesn't do anything for the scars. Only recommended for people who are not breaking out anymore or who have very mild acne and hyperpigmentation problems.

Pros:

This stuff is amazing! i've had acne and previous scarring from the chicken pox, and was left with holes and dreadful marks. I'm asian so im super prone to hyperpigmentation. since using mama lotion, i am acne free and scar free!

Cons:

slight peeling

This product is the best, and its the first product that is "asian skin freindly". All my acne and chicken pox scars have disappeared and i have an even skin tone. I recommend this to everyone, you wont go wrong with it!!!

Pros:

The product is really easy to apply and a little goes a long way. It does not have a fragrance and is cost effective considering other options.

Cons:

It may sting a bit at first, but it's tolerable. Sticky on skin until it is completely dried, about 15 minutes.

The product works! I had some hyperpigmentation after a spot CO2 treatment and it was taking forever to go away (I've got asian skin to makes matters worse since asian skin is so prone to hyperpigmentation). I was currently using Obagi and it still was taking a long time to fade. So I decided to try MaMa Lotion. And in just a couple of days, the hyperpigmentation started noticably fading. It's been 2 weeks and I can go out without any makeup because the pigmentation is so faint now. I couldn't be happier. I just recently started applying MaMa Lotion to the rest of my face and I'm seeing an improvement in the texture and quality of my skin. Try it!

Pros:

After 40 years of spending thousands of dollars on a quest for perfect skin. This product is the thing I have EVER used!! Barnone!! I will recommend MaMa Lotion to anyone out there, I challenge you to use this and see the difference! IT WORKS!!!!!!!!

Cons:

I recommend that you use this every day for the first 2 weeks. Then every other day there after alternating with Retin-A. Also follow up with Lac-Hydrin Lotion...It helps with the dryness of the skin. You MUST moisturize always!

I recommend this product highly to everyone. I have never endorsed any products before, but I am moved to tears when I see my skin, after all these years, I can finally go out side without a ton of makeup!!!!

Pros:

Prevents breakouts, blackheads, and clogged pores. Evens skin tone, diminishes scarring, controls oil.

Cons:

A little pricey but worth it.

This product has been my magic bullet, and I'd tried the whole range of products before it -- from OTC to Accutane. I waited 2 months from when I started using it before writing a review to make sure it was true :) Over the last two months, I've had one minor pimple, hyperpigmentation fro past breakouts has improved significantly, and my skin generally looks brighter, healthier, and more even. Some people seem to have bad reactions to it, but I have sensitive skin (I can't tolerate Differin or Retin A, for example) but am able to use Mama lotion twice a day without problems. Love this stuff!
