2 Weeks of Accutane (with makeup)

Flattering picture... Also lots of makeup. Since this whole accutane thing has started I've been absolutely addicted to my coverup. If I go out, it gets tossed in my purse... I take it to school... if I don't have it I feel lost and super worried. So as accutane goes, it's been exactly 2 weeks. I've had some breaking out, but overall things haven't been as bad as they have in the past. I've had at least 2-3 new pimples every day but as long as I don't pick at them they go away within 3-4 days without too big of a mark. Dry skin, dry lips, dry eyes, dry everything about sums it up. Plus some back pain... but that's also partially related to falling off a horse... So, the first two weeks, besides being spotty, haven't been too bad. As long as it gets better this'll be worth it.

Do have a red mark from a pimple on the end of my nose... you can sort of see it in the picture. Looked like rudolph for a couple of days, even to me it was funny... in a way.

Other zits) Right forhead, both eyebrows, nose, left and right jaw line, left and right temple, right cheek.

This is my second week now on accutane. And I know it doesn't look at all bad in that picture... as I've said, I'm an absolute slave to my coverup. Every morning for me involves at least 15 minutes just dabbing it on in front of the mirror. Then adding powder. And bronzer. I'll put a picture up without make up because I know how it is to look at some of these pictures and be thinking "What is this person complaining about, their skin is almost perfect!" and then just thinking they want the attention. I openly admit that my acne isn't at all severe and I wouldn't ever try to say otherwise. It's just that because I'm allergic to almost every topical treatment and you can't stay on antibiotics for long that I was put on accutane. Normally a good dose of bp would do, but it makes my face literally hurt to touch all over. So sorry guys if I at all insulted you.

Oh I see. At least you didn't made a big mistake I did. I was allergic to all products and results were severe acne. Anyway, I wish you lots of luck on your treatment. I think you'll be clear in no time.
