Hmm, I haven't been on here in a while. Time for a new picture! Yay!
As you can tell, I'm getting over a breakout... *blah* But I'm pretty sure it's from all that halloween candy I ate in October, and that eggnog that keeps taunting me from our refrigerator... lol
Luckily for me, I've found some new techniques that seem to be helping. I bought a facial cleaning brush that's doing a much better job of exfoliating my face than my hand or washcloth ever did. I've noticed that my face is a lot less oily afterwards, and seems to stay that way longer. I've been using neosporin on my face before bedtime which should be helping with scars, and I'm using BP gel to attempt to dry up new spots.
As far as my diet goes, I've found that eating highly sugary foods will give me a killer breakout. So I've been trying to avoid any sodas, candy, eggnog, pie, ice cream, cereal, etc... That and trying to eat more healthy stuff like salads, grapes, cashews, and drinking lotsa water!
So, my goal is to try and clear up as much as a I can before Christmas. I know I can do it!
Keep on fighting, and don't give up!
