I am seeing a dermatologist now. He is the same derm that put me on mino, then keflex, and cleared me up with Differen and clindoxyl. It worked for a year, but then the acne came back with a vengeance.

My regimen is now:

1. Mega-vim multivitamin, Probiotic pill, Spectrojel Wash and Dan’s BP and Glaxal Base moisturizer in the morning

2. Bactrim pill, Hibitane wash Spectrojel and Differen in the evening

I will be on this for a month. If it doesn’t improve, my derm suggest accutane.

There are no more cysts on my face.

I am still cautious about Accutane because it may affect my liver/joints/hair.

Until next time, carpe diem.

    Thanks all.

I still feel like the pictures don't do it justice though. Maybe it's because the image is shrunk...

I still do have quite a bit of redness. And there are all these pimples on both jawlines and a group of them on my neck. I'm really glad the cysts have stopped because for that first week, my face felt like it was going to burst.

Overall the acne has improved dramatically. It's been a rough ride. I know life isn't going to get easier.

Keep strong mentally peoples, we all hurt and we can heal, most importantly these mental scars.

HOLD MOLY! your skin looks 100 times better. You don't have cysts anymore and you barely have acne now. I'd say you'd have mild to no acne. Congrats! ;)
