I am 5'11" and I weigh 155lbs. I assure you after 8 years of baseball, 2 years of weight training, and a job that requires heavy lifting everyday; I am not skin and bones.

Well. you're both right and wrong.

You're not exactly buff, but you're not skin and bones. What you are is toned and lean.

It's a good thing though. In my book, good definiton wins out over bulk any day. You can be super strong and have all the muscle in the world--but if you're fat, who cares?

Well, I'm only 17 years old. I'm still not fully grown. I do push-ups regularly to build my chest up and sometimes pull ups also. I work at Ace Hardware and that requires some heavy lifting. For example, last friday I have to move 48 bags of concrete by hand and each one weighs 40lbs.. so thats 1920lbs I had to move with my bare hands withen 10 minutes.

Hey mate push ups are jus more for toneing, if u wanna build ur chest try goin to a gym and benching, dumbell bench, incline, decline bench, pullovers, cable crossovers, dumbell flys that will do ur chest wonders, n for moving 40lbs bags well that is jus pussy weight not even 20kg fella. I jus got back from the gym was doin biceps today was pullin off 30kg an arm all i can say is stick to it n eat more :(

Hey mate I only bench 280lbs its not my strong point, my max dumbell curl is 35kg an arm. I can do 8 reps with 30kg dumbells an arm lol doesnt sound much but im working on upping the reps. I do a 5 day a week rountine, i work each body part once a week. wot about u?

Nooo..i think buff and bulky muscles are fuckin sexy..im not a fan of toned and lean. but youre stil growing!
