cloudydreamer 88 Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) Your acne looks like it's heavily concentrated on your forehead. That's usually a sign of some kind of diet imbalance, a weak liver, etc. Are you getting adequate omega-3s? Are you regularly cleansing your liver? Do you consume a lot of bad fats, dairy and caffeine? Do you take birth control or antibiotics? If you're genetically predisposed to acne in the forehead area as well, you need to start keeping it under control with the right products. I find exfoliating acids work a lot better than OTC spot treatments. Acids are trial and error, but Finacea gel and Mandelic seem to be the most popular. I'd also recommend incorporating an SA-based cleanser into your routine at night. For moisturizer, I like hyaluronic acid gels vs. creams since creamy moisturizers can have pore clogging additives and fatty alcohols that make acne worse. Moisturizing may seem counterintuitive, but it actually helps your skin not overproduce your own oils. Edited January 9, 2017 by cloudydreamer Quote Link to comment
