Week 3

It's the end of week 3. I'm really depressed over the lack of improvement I'm seeing...On the what to expect page, it says that week 3 typically has no new break outs, and old red marks linger. Surprise, I had several new breakouts this week. I didn't even have this many the first and second week. That's why I'm feeling really discouraged. I'm trying to associate this with any possible things I may have done wrong in the regimen, for example, I will admit I probably haven't been as gentle than I was the first and second week. I had to exfoliate twice, because my skin looked flaky and awful and I was about to go to a wedding! I tried to be as gentle as possible, though. My AHA still has not come in! I ordered 12 days ago, and when I tracked it it still has not left California. Ugh. I've contacted customer support and I haven't heard anything back yet. My very first order took very long to ship, also. But not this long. I really need to try the AHA because I've had such flaky skin. I take my pictures at night after I've applied lotion, so you really can't see the flakiness. That typically shows up in the morning and throughout the day, making my makeup look pretty bad after a couple of hours. :/ I ordered Jojoba Oil from Amazon Prime, and tried it for the first time last night (pictures here after applying.) . I'm not sure how I feel about it yet, but my skin was less oily today! I add a few drops to the moisturizer. I truly hope I see improvement this week. It's about to be a month on the regimen, and I'm so sad that I haven't seen more improvement. :( I will say, the acne on my cheeks is very deep. I have had them for years. I know it is going to take longer to get rid of them!
