One year post accutane- scars

Here it is!! One year after Accutane and my scars look like this. Just wanted to update :) I did have one laser treatment but truly didn't see much of a difference. See next photo for other side. Any recommendations for scarring?

The best laser is Fraxel, but it needs several treatments. The other options are subcision, dermabrasion, chemical peels (medium depth to deep peels). The best would be that your dermatologist performs these.
