I think acne and red marks aside that your skin looks in pretty decent shape after all the extractions from the cosmotologist sessions. Your forehead skin looks pretty similar to mine, although I think overall your pores are tighter than mine, so you're in a better place than I am. The red marks will fade with time. Sometimes extractions can leave red marks but these aren't permanent. But overall, I say your skin is in pretty good shape!
