I start to shift my diet more and more towards the Paleo type of diet, getting rid of non-foods and replacing it with greens and high quality foods.
I also got into juice fasting - and I still do today, 8 months later.
The way I do this is that I simply replaced my breakfast with 0.5-1L of juice. I juice a lot of greens, just mostly vegetables, roots and a little bit of fruit for the taste.
Trying to get rid of acne for already 6 months and being a medical student, I started to really understand how the body works (that's what my studies our about) and how to improve performance, nutrition, etc. I started my own youtube channel (youtube.com/EasyMedsThomas) wanting to help people out with everything I got so passionate about. I was feeling great and wanted to share it with the world!
