Skin Products

I use Aleavia to wash my face first, then the AcneDote wash, then the AcneDote Scrub in the morning when I shower. After I shower I use the Skin by Ann Webb moisturizer mixed with two drops of lavender oil. At night, I rinse my face with warm water and then moisturize again with two drops of lavender added as well.

If you got like strep throat or some other infection, would you use antibiotics? I am just curious at how far you are willing to go with natural cures only...

I would not use antibiotics unless it is a life or death situation. I believe that medicine has it's place in emergency situations but that it has no place with the common cold or simple things that can be helped with proper diet and and increase in vitamins and antibacterial and antiviral foods. Last year I got the full blown flu virus and instead of taking Tamiflu or anything I used a tonic made of a bunch of antibacterial and antiviral herbs and food products like lemons, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and coconut oil. I was better in two days instead of the standard week to ten days. To me natural things work better with less side effects and more long term benefits. But on a side note I don't get sick very often because I don't use the chemicals and hormones in my food, as you may well know. :)
