My skin today! I've been taking beta carotene supplements for the past 2 days at doses of 100,000 IU & I'm already noticing some skin improvement. My skin is less red overall. Also, the acne lesions that I have are clearing up quickly, and no new breakouts are forming. Very happy!
I have also been avoiding dairy for about a week now (although I accidentally consumed some a couple days ago).
I have been applying a retinol cream to my entire face at night, and during the day, I have been applying a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream to JUST my acne, not my entire face or hyper-pigmentation. It's hard to tell but not all of that redness is acne; the majority of it is red marks left behind.
I have also noticed improvement on the acne on my back & chest.
