My skin as of today 12/16/2013

I'm washing with Skinceuticals Simply Clean face wash, taking 100 mg minocycline once a day, 2 months now on 50 mg of Spironolactone and Retin-A 0.01%. So far this combo has been working except for last month when I had a break out but I think that was due to the IB of the Spiro, other wise my skin has been fairly clear.
