have you tried maybe going to a derm? or is that kinda not possible at the moment?

or maybe you could possibly try looking for a non comegenic concealor? one that won't clog your pores?

I'm seeing my doctor I could ask him in a couple of weeks. I'm using Rimmel Clear Complexion at the moment which is supposed to prevent blemishes. I think it's just cos my skin gets oily throughout the day so my skin clogs up. I've got moisturiser which stops my skin getting oily, but then my skin gets really dry instead. lol. annoying. :(

ahh ok .......i'm not sure if you've done any looking around about accutane, but it's doing wonders for me, I have no more oily skin and my pores were BADLY clogged, especially on my nose, now they're completely clear in my second month

maybe you can ask your derm to possibly give you like a 10 or 20mg dose possibly?

Thx, I might give that a try. I've been researching stuff about Accutane for a while, and I've heard loads of success stories. I could always give it a go. :(

I used to use Rimmel conceler, and I blame it for most of my spots and I have acne just like yours! STOP USING IT! I have found this really good make up and it covers my spots and my skin doesnt feel iritated, its called 'Skin clearing-oilfree makeup' by neutrogena with salicylic acid, its a bit expensive but I think its worth it! Good luck

OK I think I'm going to use my Bourjois concealer instead of Rimmel. And I'll see how it goes. Has anyone tried the Rimmel Clear Complexion concealer? I've got that and it's quite different from the normal Rimmel concealer. It's supposed to prevent blemishes.

I think I did try that concealer... the Rimmel Clear Complexion one. From what I remember it just seemed to look dry and flaky and caky after not long... I wasn't really too impressed. :(

Maybe thats why my skin's been looking a bit flaky recently. I've changed my wash, moisturiser and concealer, so I'm trying to figure out why my skin looks dry and caky during the day. I might try not using the concealer and see how it goes.

Mine are on my cheeks too AllyKat. Worst place if you ask me!

Robyn I've tried the Rimmel Concealer and to be honest it made my skin break out alot more. I am the clearest I have been in a long time. I am taking Dianette (for around 1.5 yrs now) and I use The Body Shop ultra smooth face base foundation - It doesn't clog pores and it has a really nice smooth finish and good at covering up blemishes!

I dont use concealer as I find any brand really clogs pores.

    Good luck, Sarah.

Have you tried using Superfit Makeup concealer from clinique...it covers really well and is fragrance free, oil free and wont clog pores

i know you hate my pictures but i thought id suggest Neutrogena Skin Clearing Makeup, it has salacylic acid in it and helps clear up breakouts. it's non-comodegenic so it doesnt clog pores either. Wont harm your skin at all.
