first, your scars are not bad at all,redness and hyperpigmentation make scars look more worse,i 'm sure from that , because the previous year i get irritation from exfoliator and i have persistent redness till now , it make my scars look worse ,,

your right cheek seem to be more bad texture than scars , in the other cheek you seem to have moderate boxcar scars, you have many options , you can start with derma stamp with retin a and vitamin c serum , you can also look for laser treatments (fractional co2 laser) , there also micro needling radiofrequency is good but less aggressive, also there is dermapen , it's micro needling by electric stamp , you can combine it with PRP to improve healing,before any thing search hard and i hope best for you ..
