NEW regimen for me as previous regimen worked great but felt like it was overly agressive on my skin. Switched to some natural homemade products. Namely: Dove sensitive skin bar as facewash, apple cider vinegar +green tea+aspirin toner at night (and sometimes in the morning depending on my skin), sweet almond oil moisturizer (love this stuff!). Last but not least I began taking Vitex regularly. It is an herbal supplement known to regulate women's hormone's naturally. I've noticed a difference.
