I'm much more optimistic/settled into my diet. I've begun waiting an hour before/after meals to drink fluids and I take about 20,000 IU of Vitamin A and 700 mg of Pantonthenic Acid (b5) a day with a couple other supplements and 1300 mg Evening Primrose Oil/sometimes 1,0000 mg Borage Oil. This is my third day off of yasmin birth control.
