7 weeks of atralin and aczone

most report the worst of their dryness when they first start with these medications. i am, however, experience uncomfortable dryness for the first time (7 weeks in). mostly around my mouth and nose (which is weird because i know to avoid those areas with these medications.) i'm going to attribute it to over exfoliating because i bought neutrogena gentle scrub just last week and was trying to get away with using it every day (i was being very gentle, very small amounts) but it seems there is only so much one's skin can take. i'm going to exfoliate less, every other day or every two days because it is important to do it because my face has been quite flaky. anyway, cam quality sucks but there is only one active pimple here, besides the irritated areas around my nose. i can still feel somewhat hard painless lumps beneath that dark scarred area which tells me i still have a few more breakouts to endure, but it's certainly getting there. note my forehead is almost perfectly clear and my less affected right-side of my face is in better shape too.
