with makeup on - redness covered, lumps still visible

I've been using Clinique Anti Blemish Solutions Foundation (mouthful) which seems to cover without breaking me out BUT it cracks like crazy paving after an hour. I couldn't tell if that was because of my dry fragile skin from epiduo or the foundation was shit.

I used maybelline liquid mineral foundation yesterday and it did not crack AT ALL. however it has broken me out.

I can't win!!

Any suggestions?

PS this photo is of my skin post makeup with the maybelline foundation. Also I have body shop mineral bronzer, YSL touche eclat and Loreal Telescopic Mascara (which is amazing! I'm using Urban Decay lash enhancer serum to recover losing all of them after an unfortunate eyelash extension incident - it works). Also I used a No7 Brown eyeshaddow on my eyes and eyebrows and a mixture of candy pink Rimmel Lipstick and hearshaped wand Loreal lip gloss. Wow that's a lot of makeup!

Gorgeous :( I'm on Epiduo too and the first couple weeks were the worst! My skin was very dry. I find that using mineral makeup or powder foundation is much better than liquid. The liquid just emphasized my dry patches, scabs and would crack. Stick with it though! I'm a month in,about 80% clear and had it worse than you. Also, give your skin a break from makeup for a bit...that helped me. Good luck! :D

I only wear makeup when I go out or have a promo modelling gig... maybe once a week tops? I love the feeling of a fresh face :D

My skin is so much better now, really hope it stays this way. I'm super impressed with epiduo. I just need to work out the best time to change and gear the regimen towards scars and redness... hmm...
