try using raw, organic apple cider vinegar! bragg is a common brand, and spectrum naturals.

i have been using it for almost a week now, and i have not gotten any new breakouts, my scars are reduced, and my skin is all dewy and glowing! :D

      if you have sensitive skin:

you MUST dilute the apple cider vinegar!

try using one 1:5 acv to green tea or plain 'ole water.

more green tea than acv, of course :(

if you have oily, non-sensitive skin like myself:

you can either use the vinegar in a non-diluted state, or you can still dilute it.

i prefer to dilute mine with green tea for maximum benefits, and for the soothing effect green tea has on my skin.

try using 2:3 acv to green tea.

i precisely use 3/4 cup of acv and 1/4 cup of green tea.

also, i boil 1 cup of water, and pour that in a tea cup or coffee mug with two green tea bags.

i let it steep while i am in the shower.

then i mix them together after the tea has cooled down a bit, and dispense them into a jar or whatever you would prefer.

this batch i make yields 8oz. of toner, and has a shelf-life of one to two months.

so just use it up until it is gone, i suppose! haha :D

also note, every time you are about to use your apple cider vinegar, make sure that you shake it up really well to evenly distribute the "mother" that is in the bottom of the vinegar. if it has the "mother" at the bottom, a slim-like cobweb-looking substance, then you know for a fact that it is organic. it will also be a lot murkier and darker in color than non-organic acv.

make sure that you cleanse your face the first time before using your toner each day.

i cleanse mainly at night, but i try to cleanse both morning and night with baking soda added to water to form a paste.

and if i need to moisturize, which i don't usually anymore due to the toner, than i do so after using the toner :D

start off using it either once or twice a day and see how your skin reacts to it, but give it time to work! then, if your skin doesn't freak out to it, increase it to three times a day if possible.

well, i hope this helps! it sure has helped me when i thought that nothing out there could. and the best part is that it is sooo inexpensive. unlike all of the chemical-filled acne products out there today, haha. so yeah, it has worked for me so far, and hopefully it can do the same for you :D

i do recommend you give it a try though! :D

if you have any questions about anything i said, or if you want to know the benefits of the apple cider vinegar and green tea (if you are not aware of them already) then send me a message or something. i will help and inform you the best i can :D

      sincerely,

      krystle :D

No offense, but you have moderately severe acne (from what I see from your face; I don't know what your back looks like obviously). If your doing absolutely nothing for your face (or back), get some Benzoyl Peroxide or something like that to start you out. Definitely use BP for your back. I use it for my back every day (and it somewhat works because my back went from mildly moderate acne to just mild acne as of late). Also, you need to be drinking a shit load of water (atleast 8 glasses a day) and do NOT ever pick or pop. I don't ever mess with my acne. That just makes matters worse. I'm not really one for giving advice, but just know your not alone when it comes to acne (hence acne.org lol). I've been having acne since I was 16 (prior to that, I had perfect flawless skin, then when I turned 16, Puberty hit me preety fucking hard), and I'm now 18 (I'm a male BTW) and I still have acne. I have moderate acne. Look on the bright side (if your looking for one), atleast you don't have any acne on your cheeks. I have it on both cheeks and it's not fun (especially the scars I'm more than likely going to have...even though my "scars" are just redness and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation so they might go away...oh, and their just surface scars. No indention. Thank God). But keep your head up and DON'T STRESS. Stress will just make it worse. God Bless.

My skin looked like that you should apply Hydrogen peroxide 3% to the acne and you will see a difference . My skin cleared up just my using Hydrogen peroxide. Trust me

      hi fellow acne sufferer,

Have you ever visited a dermatologist?? If not I would suggest you start from there, he/she will prescribe primarily antibiotics for you and its all about trying and testing what works and what doesn't work for your face type. If you have already ventured into that route perhaps ask about other methods that they know of to clear your acne.
