3 years after finishing Accutane

When I look back at the first picture in this album, I seriously can't believe my eyes.

Now my skin behaves normally. There's no abnormal redness.

Not a day has gone by that I don't think about my skin. I have some faint reminders on my cheeks in the way of tiny scars, but all in all, I'm clear and smooth.

I am still using St. Ives Apricot Scrub twice daily, and Jojoba Oil as moisturizer.

I use sunscreen if I know I'll be outside in for extended amounts of time, and I don't touch my face (and I barely allow my boyfriend to touch my face...it's like an automatic reaction to swat him away!).

I wash my pillowcase quite often. I take great care in making sure I don't overstress myself (which was really hard when I was graduating...!), and I make sure I eat healthy more often than not.

Don't be afraid of working out & sweating. It will heal you from the inside, just like your healthy diet. Just make sure you get clean after.

I think all of this combined has helped me stay clear.

You just have to stay conscious to how you treat your face, from the inside out.

You are very charming girl(!). Your progress is amazing, couldnt tell from the recent pics you had oily skin/acne. I agree on not-touching-face approach, I saw my derm touch hers when I was at her office and I went WTF, doesnt she know? :(
