Hyperpigmentation; as long as there isn't an indentation, you don't have any scarring. If there is an indentation or a "roll", that should be treated in its early stages, and definitely don't pick at it. It also looks like you have mild cystic acne, which you should be very wary of; that can easily lead to indentations and scarring if you pick and don't treat it.

Honestly, you might want to consider Accutane if you're done physically growing. It can help with scarring and is one of the best options for deep and persistent acne. Good luck!

MEDERMA, Look it up,

* Treat acne early in its course and for as long as you need. The more that inflammation can be prevented or moderated, the more likely it is that scars can be prevented.

* Protect yourself from the sun, as it can cause more skin damage.(SUNBLOCK@least SPF15)

* Avoid picking at your scabs. They form to protect the healing process that is going on underneath them. Pulling a scab off before it naturally falls off interferes with the healing and remodeling process, prolonging the time that post-inflammatory changes will be visible.
