Supplement checklist

I keep this on my fridge so I see it every day. I tick when I take the supplements. It's kind of like going on any diet-- if you write it down, you will remember it.

BM is where I tick how many bowel movements I had that day.

W is for water-- I tick how many glasses of water I had that day.
