Week 3 close up

I have found I have been touching my face more this 2nd week. So this coming week I am gonna try not to touch it so much to prevent introducing more bacteria to my skin - I'll let you know how this goes in next weeks update smile.png

      You can already see such an improvement in just one week. My partner tells me that I am always touching my face which is why I probably never have clear skin!! Most of the time, I don't even realising I'm doing it which makes it extremely difficult to stop.

      I'm starting The Regimen this week (hopefully!) so I will be comparing notes! :D

      Firstly, isn't the snow crazy!! I'm a brit too.

      And yes, I agree it's hard to stop touching your face. There's a page on Dan's website about stopping picking. And a print off sheet to make you aware of when you are picking. I used it to make me aware of when I touched my skin. It was an education - showed me when I was more likely to do this.

      Also, if you have a look at the series of my photos you can see on Week 2 it is MUCH clearer. After this I touched my skin a bit and on Week 3 (the one you commented on) my skin does not look as good as Week 2. So I think touching does make a difference.
