What is it and how do i get rid?

Is it a scar? I'm guessing it is since its been there for nearly 6 years. What kind of scar? can i get rid of it?

I think it is probably a spot of broken capillairies. I also have some red spots which are broken capillairies because of squeezing. I'm afraid they will never go away.

But the rest of your forehead is clean!

I agree it looks like broken capillaries, it could be hyperpigmentation but it's rather red. If I was you I would visit a dermatologist/plastic surgeon and perhaps they can use a laser or other treatment to resolve your issue.
